I would have loved to see Dune as another mini series as there's a lot of lore that could have been explored and more details hit that a movie doesn't have the time for. I had problems with the first movie, that said, Dennis did a great job bringing this world to life.
To be fair, a lot of those scenes could be used for part 2. Remember, Denis said he wanted part 1 to focus on Paul’s story, and part 2 would focus on the world building. Kinda like how they waited to reveal Feyd for part 2, we can see the build up to Yueh’s betrayal
@@tgiacin435 you clearly haven’t read the book if you think the scenes missing from the first part which revolve around the first half of the book can come back in the second part💀
@@Mo_Mudabber nice assumption there. Yes I did read all the books multiple times. But to humor the notion, how could they not go back and revisit those plot points in part 2? With all the scenes that was filmed, they could show a progression of what was happening outside outside of Paul’s pov. Or at least release a full 5 hour version of both parts as one film
Such a difficult book to put on screen. Denis did an excellent job although I wasn't impressed by Paul or Chani who were obviously cast to draw in younger viewers. I assumed that Zendaya was a "model turned actress" as her performance was very flat.
You mean the writers who try and re write timeless classics to fit a political narrative aren't being fairly paid? You have got to be kidding me really? You mean the same actors and writers are afraid a.i will make them obsolete? Karma is a bitch. Good riddance Hollyweird! I'm actually being sarcastic but to each is own.

I’d like to see dune made as a series. Each season 1 book, and start with dune, and end with sandworms.
But what about what goes down with Jason's character later on?🤔
LOVE your content 😊😊😊
Bro they missed so many key scenes in the first movie

Bro you realise its not greed to oay writiers what they signed for in contracts right.
I think he meant the greed of the people who are paying the writers.

(Ok but really I love this channel)
millionaires on strike, clown planeta
writers arent millionaires as far as i know.
@@chloegrobler4275And they don’t deserve to be. Most modern television and movies are trash.
so then, the premise that writers on strike, is somehow a "clown planet", doesnt hold in the first place correct?@@schnibbyy

who cares, the first one was dull and boring, and the second looks to be even worse
