Ingredients:
8 Eggs
3 tbsp. Mayonnaise
Chives
1/2 tsp. Salt
500g All Purpose Flour
7g Instant Yeast
20g Sugar
8g Salt
320 Milk

Thank you for noticing! In Belgium, all-purpose flour is quite economical, costing as low as 40 euro cents. With a protein content between 10-11%, it's perfectly suited for most of my baking needs. It produces great results without breaking the bank. Why spend more on bread flour that costs 10 times as much when all-purpose flour does the job just as well! 😊
Protein content 10-11% is good enough? Our Australian plain flour is like $1/kg and I think protein content is 10% if I am not wrong. I shall double check. Thanks Michael
