    Mr. Lim everything you made is beautiful and easy to follow and delicious 😊. I wish I can eat this is one of my favorite to eat until I had celiac.     Great folding technique. I know that your recipes are tried, tested and very precise, but I don’t have access to bao flour. Could it be swapped for an alternative like plain, bread or cake flour?

      Try cake flour, or any other flour that has protein content around 8%.
