Great folding technique. I know that your recipes are tried, tested and very precise, but I don’t have access to bao flour. Could it be swapped for an alternative like plain, bread or cake flour?
Try cake flour, or any other flour that has protein content around 8%.
Can we substitute the bao flour with normal flour? What difference will it make?
Did u prefer this recipe for the skin or your other bao/mantou skin recipe???
