- Taste Better Than Steamed Dumplings / Best Pan Fried Chicken Dumplings (饺子). This Chinese dumplings recipe is from a local Chinese restaurant in my village. Trying this recipe out with 2 different kinds of flour. Low protein flour (8%), and all purpose flour (11% protein content).

1/4 tsp. Salt
Dumpling Using All Purpose Flour

1/4 tsp. Salt
Chicken Filling
300g Minced Chicken
1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp. Ginger paste (or finely chopped ginger)
1 tsp. Paprika Powder
1 tsp. Chilli Powder

I just made these!!! SO GOOD! Although I used store bought wonton wrappers and added a heaping handful of diced zucchini as well. They came out absolutely amazing! Better than any I've had before. Also, Sweet chili sauce pairs perfectly too. Good Savory dumplings.
I just made these exact ones with spices and i can say, totally worth it!!! I need to practise with the folding but i never knew these were so good. Also the first time eating these😋
