I make it in juicer, and clean it's pulp type of something with a tea strainer, I don't eat that pulp that comes in end, I drink a full glass juice of it, and will it be beneficial?

It’s healthier to eat them or if you drink them to at least have it with the pulp - this goes for any fruit or vegetable. The fiber and the slower uptake/digestion of sugar make for a more healthy consumption of the food.

The thing you having is beeturea there is no need to worry about it it happens when you can,t absorb beetroot pigment , but you should drink large amount of water it will prevent you from kidney stones

Urine becomes red when you drink beet root juice, and it's normal, don't indulge too much beetroot juice, just indulge moderately

No lol now if it was red before than obviously yes but this happened to me when I drank beetjuice. After you stop consuming beetjuice it takes an additional day or 2 for you urine and stool to return back to normal color.
