He din do that despite the late former PM Mr. Bajpayee asked for his resignation. The moral thing to do was to officially mourn and regret for the event that happened in his state when he was the CM of the state. As many times as he could have. Instead he walked out of the interview. Even if he hadn't meant, he should have regretted the killings when asked.
