I added 1tbsp corn starch, coconut yoghurt, and chia seed "eggs" (2tbsp chia seeds, 4 tbsp water mixed and let sit for 5 minutes) instead of the non-vegan ingredients.

Yes, I used to use a few, the best were from Natacha Oceane, still using her plans to build up my own workouts from those excercises, I just do it more freely how I feel in the day. The MOVE reload guide was my favorite from her, but I also have done BUILD reload and HYBRID, all so worth every penny. I swear by Natacha
Hi! Love the video! Do you ever had heel pain or ankle pain because running? Or injury?

I had a few injuries from running yes. First it was my calves, then my hips, now those are gone because on my gym days I really focused on building muscle on those areas. Right now my issue is behind my knee, but I hope it will go away soon. Honestly, you cannot predict the injury, but it shows where you have to put in the work more when you can :) are you also running?
@@justcallmeflora I only train with weights I don't run hehe, I just made the mistake of jumping rope barefoot because usually to train with weights I train barefoot and well one day I finished my training with some jumps and I have slight discomfort in my heel and ankles, I continue training with weights to strengthen but I'm going slow, this happened to me last week so I think the discomfort will go away, I hope so, I still prefer to continue training because I feel that it would weaken me even more if i stop, Despite the discomfort you had before, did you still train? (with weights)

Just my older brother, but the rest of my family eats what I cook :) but they eat other things as well
