you're definitely not cheating! oil, salt, water, and even regular spices don't count in my opinion! cant' wait to try some of these recipes soon :)
Hey, Mina! In my opinion, no, you're not cheating, salt and water and oil are a given! And I love your recipes, you inspire me! Love from a sister in the US! ^_^
Yeah holy trinity of cooking essentials !! 🙏
MINA I MADE THE WHIPPED HUMMUS & PEPPER PASTA AND IT WAS LIFE CHANGING, ok I don't know if I live under a rock but the thought of hummus as a pasta sauce sounded really weird so I had to try it. I did end up making my own hummus for it (I used rainbowplantlife's hummus recipe- it's fire), and the end result creamy texture is so amazing! I ate the whole bowl and didn't feel overstuffed like I would if I ate a pasta bowl with a thick creamy dairylike sauce. This was awesome thanks for sharing you recipes with us!
my favorite toast ever: mashed or blended peas with vegan feta, sriracha and lemon juice! I often add sesame seeds to garnish. Would recommend!!
PS: can't wait for your cookbook to arrive :)
if you're on a white bean kick, my favourite dip / toast topping is white beans and artichokes blended together. you can add lemon juice, (roasted) garlic, and other seasonings too but it's even good by itself :•)
my toast topping idea: hummus, grilled zucchini or eggplant, a bit of red cabbage with lemon juice, pesto and chips for crunch! thank you for another great video
Yum that sounds amazing 😍
pesto isn’t vegetarian nor vegan tho
@ameliakowalska2494 At least in my country, there are a lot of vegan pesto options in most supermarkets. If not, you could make some yourself with basil, garlic, oil and nuts/seeds.
@@lara8484 ah okay!
I have received your cookbook already!! I love the easy, accessible recipes that don't require exotic ingredients :) very excited to start cooking with it
Oh that‘s amazing ❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤
Enjoy hope you get some great use out of it!!
Toast topping: peanut butter with vegan choco spread (the combo is so good.. so simple tho. Sometimes nice to add a mashed banana on top too!)
Ich liebe nicht nur die Inspirationen sondern auch die Ästhetik sowie die Ruhe, die deine video ausstrahlen. Es wirkt alles irgendwie so mit sich im reinen und natürlich.
so entspannend!! 💓
I just did the "Whipped Hummus & Pepper Pasta". Girl...that was AMAZING!!!! I didn't add fried garlic since I didn't have it. But damn, so simple and yet SO DELICIOUS!
do you think fresh bell peppers (not roasted) would work as well?
@@zosiacie6151 you can roast fresh ones yourself, takes a lil longer then ofc
@@zosiacie6151 I would probably roast them over the stove if you can so they soften up. Or in the oven. Fresh ones are quite hard. Don't forget to remove the burned skin if you do it on the stove before blending :)
Was so excited to get your cookbook today!! Great collection of recipes that I can't wait to try! You should be really proud!! Thanks for sharing more of your awesomeness with the rest of us.
Nice taste with the wallows song in the beginning :>
Hi Mina! Tysm!! I’ve been struggling with food for the first time in a bit, but you just bring me so much comfort
okay that really was the most perfect avocado I've ever seen
Hey Mina, I just wanted to say I love your channel. I'm not vegan and I'm actually a decent cook on my own so I don't really know how I ended up here originally, but I'm glad I did! Whenever I feel uninspired or lazy to cook or defrost meat, I find the most inspiration from your recipes which are unpretentious and super approachable and creative.
As of right now, it's many hours past dinner time and I was going to just go to bed hungry after being sick for a few days and bedridden, but now I want to make some quick and tasty kimbap haha. Thanks for that :)
Your recipes are simply the best always gets me through the lazy days and still get amazing food.
Dankeschön
My version of avocado toast- mashed avocado seasoned with salt, cumin powder, date syrup, nutritional yeast and lemon and topped with cilantro, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds
also a sweet toast that is absolutely heavenly- cashew butter, dates (soft ones mashed, can use date or maple syrup instead), sea salt and cocoa nibs/melted chocolate
Congratulations on the cookbook, such an accomplishment! :) These 5-ingredient recipes all looked super easy and yummy, will try some of them out!
Thanks Mina for posting! My ALL DAY VEGAN book arrived today! Super excited and I have to say this book is visually stunning and gorgeous 😍.
I love playing with toast toppings, but yours today looks so so good! I will always love a classic cinnamon sugar toast - I like to sneak some turmeric in on myself for some extra warmth 🥰❤️🔥
I just got your cookbook in the mail today! So excited to look through it and plan some delicious meals!
Love the toast - have been making that from some time. Suggestion: Try making the white bean dip as you would make hummus but subbing chickpeas for white bean (so white bean, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and I added oregano to mine). Its amazing!
Yesss I prefer white beans they are so creamy
All of these look and sound sooooo good!
Love these recipes, they're just what I've been looking for. Thanks Mina
I eat this for almost every breakfast! I toast two slices of Dave's Killer Bread then on one piece I add peanut butter, tahini, and granola. (Sometimes hemp hearts and chia seeds) and then for the other piece of bread, I add hummus and sliced cucumber! It is absolutely delicious 😄. I love all your videos!! 😊 They are so calming and filled with delicious foods!!
The cookbook release is nearly here. How time flies 😳 Very excited to receive my copy soon.
Also, great video. Always nice to learn new budget friendly recipes 😀
It really went by so fast 🙈 thanks for watching ❤
i tried the avocado and bean toast! thank you so much. It's very filling and it made my day!
My cookbook is arriving today I'm so excited, I love your videos & recipes
Terrific ideas, thank you!
Ok. Stage 4 kidney disease here!! This stuff is seriously so good. And it doesn’t make me feel bloated.
I made my own hummus since most is high in sodium.
But over all. I was able to tweak some of these to fit my needs and it was really good.
I received your cookbook yesterday! I can’t wait to make everything 😍
You know a day is ending well when see a notification for one of your videos :) love 5-ingredient meals, especially for when its a day of rushing around, these look absolutely delicious and perfect for those times 💗 your cookbook looks absolutely magnificent, and hope to get a copy soon (it's number 1 on the christmas list), absolutely would love a toast topping video!
thankyou for this video and hope that the rest of both your evening and the coming week are fantastic 🥰🥰
Thank you for being here and watching!! Also I'm crossing my fingers you'll get that book for Christmas !!
@@Mina_Rome Thankyou!!
The hummus pasta was delicious!! I made it with rigatoni and no red peppers because we don’t normally buy those. Thank you!!!
Oh I'm so honoured that you made my bean toast idea!!❤
I want to try all of these right now!
A video with ideas for topping toast sounds grand! I don't know how easily you can get them in Germany but here in the UK a classic lunch is beans on toast (but not just any beans!) They're haricot beans in tomato sauce which you then top with salt & pepper and cheese if you want ☺️
Also just wanted to say, I've been vegan for 6+ years and love cooking but still love watching your videos for super fun & creative food ideas - the way you use pantry staples/easily accessible ingredients and offer suggestions for substitutions makes your recipes really easy & adaptable. Plus you have a very charming personality, sweet voice, chill music choice, and smooth editing so I find your videos very soothing. I'm very excited for your cookbook, it's on my Christmas list 😁 I hope you are proud of yourself for all your hard work!! Much love 💜
loved the video, so excited for my cookbook to arrive🫶
Got your book in the mail yesterday! Can’t wait to try the recipes, everything looks so delicious and beautiful!
so exciting ! hope you have fun w it :)
i am so excited for my book to arrive!!!! AhhhHHHHHHHHHH i love your recipes so much!!!!
That soup looks so good! I can imagine the red bean paste goes really well in the oats too, I never would have thought to put those together 😊🌻
Oh that last recipe... looks amazing!!! going in the to try pile...!!!
what i love about this video (besides the amazing recepies) you are using German products! This makes it so easy for me to recreate!
A toast video would be great! I love toasting some sourdough bread and topping it with hummus (any kind of flavour works I think!) and then topping that with leftover baked brussel sprouts (that were baked in an oven with a lil olive oil, flakey salt and cracked black pepper until they were a little crispy). Feel free to add some black and white sesame for a little texture. It’s so good! 💚
These look amazing! I will defnitely try all of them! Keep up the good work! :)
your videos are my favourite cooking videos!
your recipes are so unique, yet simple! nothing new, but avocado toast is my fave. I spruce it up with flaky salt and a really high quality olive oil, it's so worth it
the cookbook arrived yesterday!!! unfortunatly havent seen it yet as i get everything sent to my husbands work as we both work a lot and my work wont let me have things delivered even though parcels arrive daily (work at an optician) and he keeps forgetting to bring it home!!! its my day off tomorrow so better believe ill be showing up at his work to collect it haha
you should try this as a toast topper, avocado cream cheese with lemon tabasco salt n pepper. it’s my everyday go to n im obsessed
love this vid + the wallows music
one of my personal fav toast toppings is a paste made of kidney beans, tahini and sriracha, with a lil bit of salt, so yummy
They are delicious and HEALTHY❤
im totally gonna try the noodles for dinner and the toast for breakfast soon omg
I like your way of cook ❤️
I've ordered your book, can't wait to get it!

Die Kimbap Sandwiches & Sushi waren so nice 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼 und immer noch so excited über das Buch!!! 🥹💖🥹
That pasta looks so good! I like the toast idea with white beans and cream cheese. Neato!
The Avocado toast and kimbap look so good.
Ich habe das Buch heute bekommen und war doch aufgeregter als ich dachte, es ist soooo schön 🤗
💚-lichen Glückwunsch nochmal
my go-to toast topping is hummus, cucumber, tomato, pickled onions, and “everything but the bagel” seasoning ☺️ sometimes a bit of hot sauce
love an easy, yummy set of of recipes (:
so excited to receive my copy of your cook book soon. I got notice that it shipped a couple days ago!!!
ahhh so exciting !! and thanks for watching :)
Yes pleeease ❤❤ a video on toast would be awesome Mina
Mm, these look great! Cling film for shaping sushi and other things is a great idea.
Yes, please. I’d love the toast topping ideas. My favorite toast topping is butter &Vegemite &mayo and picked chili with avocado on top. Let me know if you tried it. So good 😊
Just after you announced that your cook books have been shipped out I got an email saying that my copy is on the way! 😊 🎉
hey Mina! thank you for your wonderful content!! i was wondering if you could do a video full of recipe for students who live with only a stove please?? I have very limited items to cook with as i live in a student appartment, and i would looove to do your recipes but can't because i don't have a blender or so... Thanks bye!!
one of my fav toast (or in my case bagel) toppings: maple cinnamon cream cheese topped w fresh berries and vanilla almond butter !! 🍁 i make the cream cheese by combining maple syrup, cc and cinnamon sooo good
Super recipes, as always!❤
hello hello there! you're the first!
Awesome video. Will check out cookbook
I happened to make folded Kimbab / Onigirazu just two days ago. :D
In my experience it is possible to shape it without using plastic wrap.
I glue the corners of the nori together by squishing a few grains of sushi rice and using that as glue.
Then I carefully flatten the Onigirazu with my hands, turn it over so the closed side is facing the table and let it rest a little before cutting it.
I guess using plastic wrap is still the safer way to go, especially if you happen to overfill (always a hit or miss), but it is possible as a more sustainable alternative! :)
Thanks for your lovely and easy recipes!
Looking forward to receiving your Cookbook any day now. :)
Toast with tahini and maple is amazing
Great video. Thx
Hi from the UK I love your channel I am a vegan and always looking for new recipes an you make a video about Korean street food I want to try it have no idea what I am doing 😊
admiration for a delicious and simple collection of recipes. Xo Heather Thrills✨
I'm eating the pasta right now. Soooo darn good 😍😍😍
I've been feeling really unmotivated with cooking lately so these look great
Toast ideas:
Caramelised apple tahini toast (topped with nuts)
Sliced peaches and vegan cream cheese
Both sound strange but trust !!
OMG humus pasta THANK YOU
This is good on toast but better on bagels. A thin layer of cream cheese, topped with garlic fried mushrooms, spinach, vegan sausage and option tomatoes. Also work great with mashed avocado instead of cream cheese.
I love that quarterback was ur opening song!! I met Dylan and all of Wallows in Memphis they’re so nice!
Oh awesome they seem like really nice ppl :)
toast idea that people make fun of me for butttt it's great: toasted bread(anything works but sourdough is best) mashed avocado with lime juice, garlic, and pepper flakes, red onion, black beans, feta cheese, and taco seasoning or hot sauce! so good!
omg that avocado looks perfect
I come back for the red pepper humus pasta on the regular 😄 my husband loves it as well & he is quite picky
Hummus * 😅
neues Lieblingsvideo!!
One of my fav toast toppings has to be cream cheese with pickled beetroot, fresh basil, some spices and some roasted seeds (sesame, sunflower and flaxseed). And if I have them at hand, some homemade pickled red onions :D always delicious
cant wait for the book 😭😭🥰
I can't wait for you to have it ahhhh
Excellent 5 ingredients meals beautiful & gorgeous Mina. I will have to try also these recipes and love 🥰 your video's and love 💕 Mina. Have a good week.
have a good week as well!!
Your videos are so nice and relaxing to watch and I'm not even vegan
Sweet toast topping idea: chocolate hummus with some kind of berries, maybe combined with a layer of cream cheese or similar. I honestly have never tried chocolate hummus myself but I can imagine that you would create something wonderful with it - would be excited to see!
chocolate hummus should not be called hummus 😭
Superbe vidéo bravo 👍 👍 👍
A bientôt 😊 😊 😊
I’ve done a similar recipe to the kimbap sandwich and go get around using plastic wrap, I just used rice paper! And then you can just eat it. It does change the texture of the dish though
I'm always eating avocado toast with tomato at lunch at work - super easy to make in the office.
Easy, cheap, vegan, healthy and tasty what else can you expect
you should try white bean falafel! its so good
I think mashed sweet potato toast seasoned as you like with some spinach, and grenade on top could be
really good
Super easy but super nice: vegan creamcheese, smoken tofu (a yummi Nö just out of the fridge) covered with everything Bagel spice!
For a sweet toast I like peanut butter + cinnamon + banana + agave syrup + hemp seeds 😋
2:36 ok well that's a very generous tablespoon lmao
but loved this vid as always! :) wanted to watch it right after the meetup last Sunday but didn't have the time, but now I have accompanied with some pumpkin chai tea
Yes please do the toast video
