Anthony Reynolds Hi Anthony, how do you like you Corolla 8 months on? Any issues and how have you found Toyotas after sales service ? I am looking at the Corolla SX hybrid.

The rear seat legroom and boot is way too small.
I’d rather just get a Camry or wait for the next sedan version.

From info on the Toyota site it looks like auto ie dusk-sensing headlights and rain sensing wipers are not available not even on the ZR. After having these features on my cars for many years this would be a deal breaker. Same goes for Apple Car Play and Android Auto as I mirror navigation / Google Maps from my phone. Also no reversing sensors is a big oversight even if there is a camera.

You mean, I need both. A reverse with good eye sight is enough

Andrew1974 No ... after having had the benefit of both a reversing camera and reversing radar in your car for many years you realise how good the combination is. It is definitely a retrograde step to not have the reversing sensors.

nes suno Really? Seems odd then that Toyota & Co has included Apple Car Play in all new Corollas sold in Canada and the US.

Toyota markets this car who want reliable amd cheap motoring for tramsport from a to b.
Yes the rear leg room is small, but do you buy a small car to fit 4 adults in comfort, well no you buy a larger vehicle.
The boot space is small amd for some that is a deal breaker but for me its mot an issue.
A car needs reasonable power and the Corolla has that.
I will get anywhere as quick as anyone else driving with in the constraints of the road rules.
I do like the golf but servicing costs are way higher than the Corolla.
For some this is not a consideration.
I just bought the ZR and will get it mid July
It will do all I want at a price I can afford and I think this. Is the.market the corolla is aimed at.
