Hi youtube family. It is Jim again. Justin's dad. Yes Justin is in need of a fourth transplant. We were hoping it would of happen by now. He is on a ventilator so he can't speak, even when he is off, he doesn't have the strength to talk. I as his father, can't put in words the gratitude I have for all of you and your support and prayers. I don't know how to leave a video or I would. I think it takes Justin's phone. Just know, Justin is strong like a bull. I am not sure how much he knows about what is going on. I do know he isn't going anywhere. We are so close to him getting a new liver that will make him feel so great. He will be on here with his amazing smile. Along side his beautiful wife. Please don't give up on my boy and his family. We love you all. We covet your prayers and your kind comments.

Subscriber family, this is Jim Justin's dad. Please know we as a family love you and consider you part of our family. I am asking all of you not to give up on Justin or any of us. He has been intubated for over a week now. He has gone through three surgeries that have taken a toll on him and he will return stronger very soon. There is so much more to this story than even Justin could have imagined when he started this youtube. Just know we love you. Please continue to pray for my boy, my beautiful daughter in law and my grandson. Our family is eternally grateful for your love and prayers. There will be more updates soon. For now, please know that Justin is fighting and is the strongest person I know. He will be back with all of you very soon.

I’m an RN & I was my husband’s caregiver for the last 7 years of his life. Please, please, PLEASE remember to take care of yourself. Sleep, eat, try to get outside in the fresh air a few moments a day, DON’T keep your feelings bottled up. Consider taking care of yourself another way of taking care of Justin. My heart aches for you & I do believe in the power of prayer. Know you are not alone!

Prayer does work cuz my mom was on deaths door and I stayed with her day and night for a week praying and talking to her and a miracles happened....Justin deserves one too don't worry have faith and love Jesus christ our lord ❤🙏

My husband had quadruple bypass a few years ago and how well I remember the waiting, hoping, praying that he would be OK and come home soon. He did and is doing so well now. I pray the same for you and your family! I never thought of myself as strong emotionally but I found a reserve of strength I never thought possible. I see that same strength in you. Take good care of yourself for you, for him and for your family. Get rest when you can. Drink a lot of water. Eat nutritious foods. Take deep, calming breaths. Accept help from others. Ask for help when you need or want it. Justin, you and your family are surrounded by bright, sparkling, loving light.

Hi youtube family. I tell Justin how blessed he is to have all of you all the time. How blessed we all are to have you. Please know we read everyone of your comments, sometimes we read them over and over again. Sometimes your love comes trough so strong that all we can do is cry because of your kind words of encouragement. So here is an update on Justin today. He is currently still on ventilator, however there is a rumor, they may try to remove it soon. They were hoping that a new liver would be available so they wouldn't have to remove and then put it right back in. It is hard giving an update because everything is so fluid. What I write now may change in an hour. Anyways, he is stable and be monitored and stabilized by amazing doctors and nurses constantly. He is very thin. Even after his transplant we know there will be a long recovery process. We are not complaining because he is here and fighting. We give God the glory for that. And we are eternally grateful to the doctors and their wisdom here at Tampa General Hospital. One of us will update you as new news is available. Thank you again for all of your prayers and support. It will come Jim, it will come. We or those of us that have been here know how the Gift of life comes. We also know that medical intervention is an amazing thing. God and the doctors, most of all Justin has this. Just think in a few months he will say food no longer tastes like cardboard, and will eat everyone out of house and home. Once he is into recovery and back on food. I would like to have food sent up for him and his lovely wife.

When I send a message to Justin and the family, I think of the movie “ it’s a wonderful life”. Remember when everyone was sending up prayers for George Bailey, that is how I see all our prayers being sent for Justin. I hope Justin’s angel is on the way to earn their wings by helping Justin.
Poor guy has been going through this since he was a teen. He is a real trooper who is fighting for his life. I am glad he is still pulling through.

My Dad had to get a new liver around 16 years ago. It was about a two year waiting period for him. It was a terrible time in his life and our lives watching him waste away. After he received his liver he started recovering and bounced back really well. He’s still kicking today at 68. Hopefully this encourages you all. The Lord knows who takes refuge in Him. Keep praying, keep seeking Him. Praying for Justin and your family. Lamentations 3:21-25 KJV

Justin has a few things going on. This was his 3rd transplant. Now relisted for a 4th a few days ago. Because of his placement on the list. I'm thinking he got it by now. This is 4th after the one a few weeks ago. You know the drill with transplant. Its a lot of wait and see, and if it can go wrong those first days it will. Congrats to your Dads 16 years, My son is 8 month post and doing great.

I’m so sorry that he is so poorly. I am a double liver transplantee. I was so so sick and hours from death on my first transplant . I survived thanks to the brilliant surgeons and doctors. I know you won’t give up and I’m sure he won’t. Good luck to you all from the UK.

People don’t take life for granted. When u think your having a bad day, just remember you woke up this morning and your breathing. You were granted another day on this earth. Some fight like hell just to get to the next day, like Justin. I just stumbled across this page and now I’m invested in his story. Prayers up my friend.
I agree alot of times we take life for granted. Nobody is promised tommorow. I pray everyday I wake up that I'm still alive. Although, I myself have heath issues, I see how others are going through worse like Justin. I have been following him since he first started his ch. Operation Liver". I wanted to let you know Justin has been offered a 4th liver transplant last evening. He is having surgery hopefully early this Saturday am. 6/19. His dad alerted us on 6/18 around 10pm asking for prayers for Justin.

I can't even imagine the emotional roller coaster of feelings you've been going through since Justin got ill and especially in the last month! I was up and down just watching your video! I will definitely be praying for Justin for you your family as well as his friends because I know everyone is so anguished around his condition. Please don't feel guilty for taking care of yourself there's a reason why flight attendants tell us to put our oxygen masks on first and then assist the person next to you, because if you're not able to help yourself first you certainly can't help anyone else!
My uncle had liver failure, he was in a coma for several weeks barley hanging on ....he pulled through has now over 4 months ago had liver transplant surgery ...taking meds and is doing much better. I'm praying 🙏 everything will work out ! Big hugs!

I just happened upon Justin’s vlogs. I’m a retired ER nurse and immediately felt so much empathy for all. I wish I could put my arms around you and help. I bought a t-shirt ASAP to help which I know is not even a drop in the bucket! You are both so strong with such a positive outlook. Like sparky95 the RN below comment. Please take care of yourself. I know it sounds impossible during this crisis, but it’s really important to look after yourself or have friends or extended family that can care for you. You are such a strong lady! Amazing that his story has reached Australia! And every tiny corner of the world. He is so amazing and strong and God has huge plans for him…. I just know it.
Checking the donor box at the DMV was the easiest thing ever. I couldn't imagin not giving something in my power that could help someone. My dad was a recipient of lens for his eyes so that he could see again. When my mom died she was able to help several different people. If I could support you with my prayers it would be pleasure.
I am also a donor, people claim they don't try as hard to keep you alive if you are a donor but that's complete BS!
I was looking for your video last night and said to my husband , I wander what has happened since the transplant . I am so sorry for all you are going threw . I just wish I could hug and hold you , telling you ,I know how you feel , hurt and scared . As I mention before my Son kidney transplant( the 3 one) was supposed to happen a while ago, but the hospital (Johannesburg Hospital ) had a fire in the basement and the hospital was closed down due to damage . This was a week before he was starting his workup in April . we have been waiting for updates as to when it would open again , but now they have told him to go to a new hospital on Tuesday 8th June to get hopefully a start there . I almost lost his servery times and it took a terrible toll on me . Some days I pray to God that he makes my and Angel to heal people whom are suffering so badly and to heal them , I would be heal your husband in an instant .

I’m worried too. I’ve been praying for him and I typically don’t pray at all. Nobody should have to go through what he’s endured and my heart aches for him. Keeping my fingers crossed.
