- The day is finally here, they just offered me a perfect liver for transplant. The surgery should be tomorrow and we are so excited! After surgery I'm going to feel Awesome!!! Thank you all for your support and your prayers.

I feel you deserve an update. Justin went through surgery yesterday and it went as well as we could hope it could go. He is back in surgery today as they look for some internal bleeding. Please keep praying. I am trying to be respectful to Colleen and let her respond with details. Justin is a fighter and he will be doing another epic video soon. I am positive of this blessing.
As you all know, his smile is infectious. He has been smiling since he got the news. Valium didn't hurt with that either.😊

Hey all. Hope you've been well. Thank you for continued thoughts and prayers! My dad provided an update, but I've been messaged a few times, as well. A brief update is that the surgery went as well as the docs could've hoped! We have had a couple minor hiccups and he is staying on the ventilator for another day, but prayerfully, we are hoping that it is smooth sailing from here on out. I hope that Justin is able to provide a full blown update within the next few days, but know that it looks like he had a successful surgery and he continues to fight through recovery :-)

Thank you Justin’s Mom for the update. I am so glad that all is going well for Justin. I am glad all the prayers helped him. He seems like a fighter so I am sure he will hopefully recuperate well. Too many people nowadays act like they are victims, over such stupid and trivial things. I could write a wholeeee lot about that topic but I’ll save it for another place and time lol. Life can be hard of course for everyone but we tend to take the smallest of things for granted. Justin’s story is very humbling for sure!
It is both true that everyone should be grateful for their blessings AND every struggle is valid. Someone will always have it “worse” so why make it a competition? There’s no need to invalidate others’ pain, you can simply uplift Justin. It says more about you that when other people express pain, rather than listen or help, you seek to invalidate by pointing to people like Justin. Look inward: why are you threatened by the complaints of others? Justin’s complaints don’t bother you because his loss or gain doesn’t materially impact your life. What benefits or advantages do you have that complaints of struggle become threatening? I hope you heal and get to experience a life full of love that inspires and enables you to find EVERY person deserving of love, prayers, and attention. Humans are all on the same team.
I do not have a way for my words to say how happy I am to have seen such an angel on earth!! I am praying for a full and quick recovery. I am also praying for his family. I want to ask each person that sees this post to please pray Gor him and his family too. And for the family of the person that gave the greatest gift that anyone ever could. I thank whomever this is.

Only those who have waited on a transplant list and their families can truly grasp the roller coaster ride of emotions when an organ is offered. Those hours of preparing the organ and prepping the patient and transporting the organ to the hospital where the recipient is can seem like an eternity. Blessings to the family for their generosity during their time of sorrow. Receive it with love and gratitude. Transplants work. Be a donor. Save a life.

My dad's been waiting for a donor...my brother was tested but we don't have test results yet..I can't test because I'm RH+... And our blood type doesn't match...(thankfully I look like my dad and mom that there isn't a question who I belong too...lol...
He's been hospitalized 4 times since January...and his potassium levels are extremely high..his acid level in his stomach is bad..he has to have it drained every week..and just 2 weeks ago he started bleeding internally from his stomach is liner ... My dad is 65 years old..he just retired... A year ago...I hate that he's going through this...he's always provide for us..he's worked everyday of his life
So who ever reads this can you do me a favor and pray for him...

I've more or less just watched and liked more than commented. I love that there are people of faith who do believe in the power of the Lord and do pray for real and not say it just for something to say. 🙏🙏❤️. I also like that no one's come at anybody debating God's existence, etc. I only saw one comment where someone questioned whether or not the person was actually going to pray for him or just being polite. Props to them! They answered it well and said why would I say I'd pray for someone if I didn't intend to.
So yes, I am going to pray to see just as quickly of an incline in his condition after he gets his new liver 🙏✝️❤️.
