@@yvonnespearing it depends of the blood group, there's a waiting list and it could be they found a match for him but not your friend..ypu can't just put anyone's liver in, it has to be a doner match, so a tissue match and blood match from doner to the patient..it could be they have doners matching his blood type, maybe your friend has a rare blood and tissue match type?, I hope your friend receives his transplant soon..I send healing to your friend and this man
Yes she is absolutely right. My husband passed away on March 17, 2020. He didn't make it to his liver transplant. It is very difficult finding a matching liver and the list is incredible. Not only do they have to find the matching liver but it also depends on the candidate receiving the liver. Where they are on the health aspect and life style. Some people are not good candidates so they get moved farther down the list. Remember if a person is receiving a full liver, someone has to die that has a matching liver and they need to be a donor and meet a list of criteria. Hope this helps...Marie

Yes! I dont have what he has but I have chrons diease and he inspires me I been the hospital now a month and I pulled tube out my nose I couldn't take it no more. But this guy dont complain about nothing and either should I. I praying he gets better.

Yeah he had to be revived and was on a ventilator for about a week. His last video he looked much weaker, was when he came back around and the ventilator was taken out. Definitely looks stronger in this video!

I know when I had feeding tube and trech after my second open heart when they gave me food or ice chips the first time I was so excited. You are in a great hospital. That is were I had my second open heart. If it was not for the doctors I would not be here today.
