    When I changed to a plant based diet I didn't ditch anything I normally ate, I just ate more fruit and veggies.
    The more I did that, the better I felt and naturally ate less animal based foods, until I just didn't like or want them any more!
    It worked so well!

    Yes! It's like Venom screams from within for chocolate and I haven't eaten any for a week. Strawberries work for my sweet tooth.

      @tl6245 Hello! Thank you for asking! Just received his book and one of his wifes book Saturday, and yesterday received her other 2 books! Right now i am reading them, watching their videos on YT, so at this time I cannot give an update, but, I will when I start the protocols! Secondly, I have a different set of circumstances, I will be addressing them with the workouts and Dr. Brooke's protocols! Keep looking up! if I can do this SO can you, I just know you can!

    Eat tons of foods that accelerate fat loss RAW foods veggies fruit n water
    Binge on fruit

    I have been on a WFP diet for 6 years now. Lost 60 lbs but been stuck on a plateau for the lest year. My diet consists of cruciferous vegetables, avocados, little fruit, and 2-3 cups of legumes. This is what I eat daily. I drink 2-3 litres of water and have chia seeds in water and some soy milk. I am never hungry and I exercise daily between 15 minutes to 90 minutes. I struggle to take legumes out of my diet as i find them satiating. Is this what is wrong?

      According to Dr. McDougall the issue would be the avocados, not the legumes. But I don't know, you are in a better place than me.

    Hello.. Completely sold on what you and your wife do.. However.. Should I eat silverbeet (Swiss chard) raw or cook it lightly to neutralise the oxalates that are in it.. Thanks.

    I don´t understand why walking is not efficient to lose weight. If walking is done without expending energy, son we break the number one law of physics.

    Hi Thomas, my mind has the idea that eating tons of food will make me gain weight,. This is because many years ago this statement was believe in the fitness world so, this idea or mentally will affect the results I am looking for?
    What I mean is, could it be possible lose fat and see definition and change body composition at the age of a 53 years old woman?

      I find that the more veggies and fruit I eat the faster I lose weight and feel better and better. It takes a LOT of veggies though. Like eating veg until I’m absolutely stuffed to the brim at each and every meal. (And then don’t eat ANYTHING between meals) I just love it- my guts love it, my brain loves it. it’s the only thing that works for me. Trough out! 😁

      You can get some of the benefits of fasting by eating whole plant foods...particulary the ones Thomas & Dr G promote.
