    I've been doing an 18/6 split for about a yr now, and it's been great. I adapted pretty quickly. I did it as an experiment, because I'm in school to be a nurse. I figured maybe I can use it as a tool to easily get though those long & busy nurse hours without needing to eat.
    I want to switch my eating window to morning-early evening, as opposed to the 2pm-8pm window I have now.

    Hello Thomas thank you very much for sharing with us your knowledge. I am already doing intermittent fasting. If I will have your smoothies in the morning will it interfere with intermittent fasting? Thanks again

    I use OMAD and I lost 115lbs and I will never go back.

      OMAD works. My good friend and Champion bodybuilder Will Tucker experimented with OMAD and his results were great.

      @@thomastadlock i think we just eat to much over all. I think marketing and make money change how we evolved and now we sick and getting worst all over the world.

      @@sonja4164 that is great. I think changing you eating window shouldn't be a big deal at all. I think your on the right path!

    Can u drink water outside of yr eating window?

      Yes, plenty of water is a must for health, you can also drink plain herbal tea.

    This is something I want to try but I am a migraine sufferer and when I don't eat for an amount of time during the day, it triggers a migraine :(

      Thats only temporary. Once u begin to heal from the mucus around your brain the migraines will disappear. Eat at least 6 greens 3 colored vegetables nd 6 fruits per day. Eat chia flax or hemp daily n exercise at least 90 minutes.

      Also add in lots and lots of water and at least 1 to 2 cups of berries

      @@meraribenlevi6245 my migraines are triggered from other things too, I’ve just had a 3 day migraine/nausea, randomly woke with it, I’ve had migraines on and off for 15 years now, the not eating for hours is just one of the triggers sadly! But thank you for the help :) I do usually keep my food coloured by making veggie batches (portion them and freeze them once cooked), red pepper, red onions and courgettes to be precise! Fruits I don’t always have I must admit, so I will definitely eat more!

      @@allnaturalindigo4893 omg so I was doing so well with my water intake! I bought a 2.2 litre bottle and was drinking that daily, then I slacked 😩 I need to get back on it! Thank you for the help 😊
