These are the only workouts I consistently do. They are great! I rotate 5,000 step challenge, 3000 step and the other 30 minute workouts. I feel great and that's saying something since I am 78 next month.

I’m not entirely sure what happened to my comment section but it seems to have disappeared.
Day 9 today I have completed day nine of doing this work out if you remember what I wrote throughout those other eight days today was pretty much the same I was a very heart pumping energizing sweaty felt great. I really want to know what happened to my comment section where I was riding each day out it’s like it disappeared but I completed a nine.
Day 10 I have successfully completed my 10th day of doing this work out. Like I’ve always stayed it is a very great exercise and get your heart pumping as well as your blood move it it gets you sweating from head to toe and get your body really doing things. Overall I felt very great I feel great I feel very energized and I feel away and I feel ready to finish off the rest of the day
Day 11 Almost there to completing this work out for two weeks. Or what I really overall enjoy doing is that I’m able to still get my steps in as well as I’m still able to burn calories and just feel energized and just feel as though my body is still getting the exercise that I need. I really enjoy that I was able to find something to replace my walking on the track since going to work this really has helped me to still be able to do what is that I wanted to do just in a different way but it’s still very fine and still very engaging.
Day 12 I have completed another day of doing this work out. I had to split it up into two because I had to go out and do some grocery shopping but what I will say is coming home from grocery shopping and getting right into finishing out what I didn’t definitely made me feel a lot stronger doing this workout since I have pretty much been walking all day the fact that I just went back on here to finish it out just gave me even more of a sweat.
Day 13 what a eventful work out today. I feel as much money as I normally would but I will say that by doing this for almost 2 weeks I’m noticing that I’m having the stamina and the energy to do my own little thing with it without getting tired. I’ve already been doing other exercises for months now by doing this walking exercise it has helped my body had a chance to relax in the other muscles that might’ve been sore for when I was doing some other work out from this channel. But overall I feel very great I am awake now my whole body feels great I can feel my bloodstream flying all around and I just feel ready and productive
Day 14 today I have finally successfully two weeks of doing this work out. Today I gave it my all I put on my headphones and I was blasting to my music really just putting out the best that I could to finish this week out strong. I am definitely covered in sweat I feel great energized and I’m ready to do the next work out with this other channel that they have gonna be going back-and-forth between doing some intense workout to doing some walks just so I can give my body a break between each of them and so I can keep moving at heart rate and working on other parts of my body. But overall great workout really enjoyed it every day was something new and it really gets you burn those calories even if you feel like you’re not, you really are I feel great
