Domestically Bayern Munich are still dominant, having won another Bundesliga title in 2021/22. But elsewhere they are stuttering. They have made early wise signings with Mazraoui and Gravenberch from Ajax, but the big transfer news is that Lewandowski wants to leave. So how do you begin to replace the record-breaking-Pole?

Guys at TIFO, it's very clear that many teams such as Chelsea are waiting for your videos before making their moves. Speed it up!! 😁
Boehly would probably benefit from a video honestly
Not to sound like an ad read but Sebs written a few of these over on the athletic already
Why would they publish for free on CZcams? They have written about almost every major team but it's on The Athletic, where you have to pay for a subscription.
🤣😭
@@elhassanelnasirahmed35 there was. And some takes were really bad :D
You know that the video was made by a British team when the average shot distance is measured in proper meters but the players‘ height is still measured in incomprehensible pseudo units like feet, toenails and chest hair length.
Yeah idk why we do that. We use feet as a unit for height and LITERALLY nothing else 😭 It serves a single purpose
I prefer spans, ells and cubits to measure height. Much easier to understand. Also I prefer to measure weight in bushels, skippunds and hobbits.
feet and inches are the superior way to measure height. sorry, i don't make the rules.
@@jabroniking71 not really. not really.
@@jabroniking71 On what basis? cm would be far easier to compare, especially as inch are quite big distances.
Goretzka doesn’t wear 18 anymore, it’s 8 now
Patrick schick is a good option as well, very unusual striker, but an amazing one
He extended his contract with leverkusen until 2026 or 2027 just a month ago
He extended at
bayer so he aint leaving. for the first time bayern flopped their striker exchange. should have gotten vlahovic last year
@@kukunase1686 exactly. Dusan was the best option to replace Lewy.
Leverkusen won't sell him to Bayern Munich, especially when Premier League clubs will put more money on the table
@@dereisverkaufer7089 Leverkusen never denied selling to Bayern, but they want more money than the competitors offer.
if ibrahim sandgare is on there i’m gonna cry
Of happiness?
Of happiness right?
😂😂😂😂
One must not forget that Zirkzee has returned to Bayern from the Anderlecht loan and that he did really well there. Zirkzee could also be an option for the future. As far as I know Bayern does not want to sign Kalajdzic, they think he is not ready for that big move yet. Also, Bayern want to get de Ligt and Laimer, so they will not spend another ~80m on Martinez.
If what I've read is correct, then Zirkzee doesn't want to stay in Munich.
Zirksee unfortunately doesn’t have the hunger to make it at Bayern. He doesn’t press in defence & looks generally sloppy & lax in his movements. Was crucified after a horrible miss in a pre-season friendly & was shunted off to Belgium to get game time in a lower league. Ajax are keen on him. I recommend he leave & get game time elsewhere.
@@swansbear All of this is a year ago and a lot can change within a year. He did really well at Anderlecht and who knows what is going to happen with Lewa this summer. Zirkzee does not want to sit on the bench, nobody does, and who knows, maybe if he is doing well in practice they might give him a chance if Lewa leaves.
@@swansbear that miss is the Perfect example of some attributes you discribed and what he s lacking to make it at Bayern: Way too Sure of himself, no determination (like a kimmich or Lewa), lack of awareness and gameintelligence.
He s Good and these are attributes that can be worked on though. Thats probably Why they loaned him since awareness and experience can only be gained by playing real games.
Lets See if it worked. He probably gets this 1 or maybe a 2nd year to prove himself
zirkzee is scarily good but i don’t see bayern keeping him
De ligt At the back Kimmich at the mid Mané at the front 🤖
Would be interested to see a Sensible Transfer for clubs like
Nottingham Forest - First PL season in quite a while
Valencia
Wolves
Ajax
Tbh forest are having a class window already, Awoniyi up front, Niakhate at centre back and Neco Williams at right back replacing Spence are all very sensible transfers
Valencia would be fun. They've been a mess
Forest would be a good one
La Liga teams are boring because of those salary limits basically every team bar Real Madrid is broke and can't afford new players.
They should do Roma.
Ajax would be good because they have sold a lot of starters
please do one for AC Milan. they deserve some Tifo love
no money to buy anyone
I know you guys don't do sensible transfers for championship teams usually, but I think subderland could be an interesting one, they're very much an unknown quantity right now, and as they already have a technically skilled, young squad with flair, trying to find the right areas to replace or strengthen aswell as players who will fit the style, are good enough and affordable is proving difficult.
Championsship clubs are too poor to make any interesting signings.
*Sunderland
Bayern is also most likely to buy De Ligt this summer, which would be a HUGE boost the defensive ranks.
I understand why he pick Bayern than Chelsea
So bayern are going to be the new “old Ajax” then instead of Tottenham.
@@marcelanoryadi9110 more chances of winning titles
@@marcelanoryadi9110 He wants to play at a big club.
Jackpot
Patrik Schick would've been a no brainer if he hadn't renewed at Leverkusen.
Yeah
I also don't understand why he didn't make a move after the Euro's. His stock was probably the highest
@@chaddy9044 That's not true. After his last season, where he btw. outscored Haaland he is worth way more than after the euros. Especially he said he needs a good/comfortable surrounding, which he has in his national team and in Leverkusen. Not too much pressure from Press or Fans, which can help drastically in long term development and they still play CL regularly.
Sevilla would be interesting to do a trasfer window on. How do they push above their 4th place and replace kounde
Bayern münchen gets so much hate for being successful, it's unreal. People bash the bundesliga since bayern has won it 10 times in a row but bayern would win seria a and ligue 1 10 times in row if you put them in it. Probably win 7 out of 10 in la liga and premier league too.
You are literally 100% correct i have never seen a team or leauge getting so much disrespect just because Bayern is too good an consistant and they would literally almost farm every leauge...and now imagine Bayern would have the financial options those engish clubs have...it would be insane
@@ferigeooo9583 if bayern spent the amount of money PSG, Chelsea, Real madrid or man city spent on their squad, they would farm the champions league. It's unreal how much money every other league gets. Real madrid dropped 100M on tchoumani, nunez another 100M. Bayern is scratching tooth and nail to spend 80M for de ligt. The most money they ever spent on a transfer is 80M for lucas hernandez.
@@weintraub6683 I wouldn't throw Nunez as an example. Liverpool sold Minamino for ~£14M, Mané for ~£40M (including achievable add-ons), Gruijc for ~£8M and they are poised to sell Neco Williams for ~£15M. That's ~£77M - something like ~£20M less than they've spent this summer with potential for more outgoings.
The issue comes with teams like Man City and PSG who are given cash to splurge without any worries of making it back, who often don't make it back.
Bayern is also successful because of immoral transfers. No other team in the last 10 years buys more players/staff from the runner ups as them.
@@aiden3648 man city literally made back most of they spent by selling sterling and jesus this summer.
And what's with the obsession of making it back? Just because liverpool does it, doesn't mean everyone needs to do it.
TIFO ARE THE GOAT, Your videos in the morning while having breakfast are just priceless
Very interesting video as always! It would be very interesting to also see Tifo suggestions for Chelsea as they are on their path to rebuild the squad in the new era at the club.
Great vid man
I was waiting for this video
Please do sensible transfers for Barcelona. I really want to see what you guys suggest for positions like RB, LB, CB and DM 👍
love the series
Please do Borussia Dortmund as well
sweet vids dude
"For someone so conspicuous for his size, he has a subtlety..." I literally can't think of a single other way to convey the meaning of this.
the video I was waiting for! Great work as usual
Next year we will see bayern lifting another league title, I just don’t see any team challenging this new team. If we manage to get De Ligt we genuinely will have no lack of depth anywhere on the pitch.
of course they'll win the league the bundesliga is a farmers league
@Sanjay Bennet I was talking about the domestic league not European competitions
@Sanjay Bennet Yeah and the team that finished 2nd got knocked out of two European Comeptitions at the earliest possible chance, what's your point?
How can you look at the Bundesliga and not see it as a farmers league, Bayern is literally farming free titles every single season.
except for striker
I'm gonna come back in 9 months and laugh at this comment, Bayern will be in a battle for 2nd.
Finally some bundesliga content
Do Milan next
Can you do sensible transfers for Sevilla please.. they have been pretty impressive recently and I think they deserve a video
What about Joshua zirkzee who is coming back from a loan at anderlecht he can be the player on the bench if they dont sell lewengoalski
He’s smart, he wants game time
Love the vid,
Goes to show that Tifo have not done their homework before doing this video!! Nagelsmann is not going to play a 4231 this season, but instead a fluid 343 or 433.
Reading the news and rumours does help, Tifo!!
it's really exciting as a bayern fan to see the new signings mia san mia
I would recommend Belotti as he is a free agent and a proven scorer in seria A. He would be a cracking realistic replacement and even if didn't work you would make profit next season
I hope Real Madrid’s 2022 Sensible Transfer is Backup Striker and Right Winger. Edin Dzeko is my sensible transfer for backup striker and Serge Gnabry for RW.
Makes no sense to sign Dzeko. Get a younger player in then his value can increase or potentially be the benzema heir. Dzeko is safer but there’s no upside at all.
Surprised not to see Huge Ekitike in the succession plan section of this.
the nice thing about being a bvb fan is we’ve already gotten basically everyone who we wanted and fits our desired tactics
Cunha is such an interesting shout. Wouldn't mind seeing that.
Cool seeing speculations and now comparing it to the present. Bayern probably want to form Tel as a new successor
Guys great video as normal but what’s the track in the back good on this video it’s bag gin ?
Thoughts on Mathys Tel being discussed as a long term solution
One episode for FCPorto would be a good challenge
Please do PSV! We need to know the new Sangare when a club triggers his release clause of 37mln
Please do Chelsea next we need CBs cover at full back and possibly a striker I’d really like to know what yiu would recommend for us at this point
Good pronouncing of gravenberch mate l am impressed
Sensible transfers Arsenal next
They’ve been doing it since last summer
😂 Tifo is always the first to point out arsenal bad transfer dealings but since arsenal is doing the right things. They can't or maybe won't
Arsenal will need to sign lawyers at this rate
If they can't replace Lewandowski's goal-scoring volume they could go for a more creative #9 and seek to get the goals from Mane/Gnabry/Sane etc. I wonder if Firmino would be available from Liverpool
Please do Benfica, Porto or Sporting always the same clubs and leagues.
Glad to see celtic too!!
Keep up the good work.
@DDeglane16 that's what our former president promises us. A competitive team in the Champions League with a squad based in our academy.
Unfortunately he was a corrupted and liar person since he was born and none of that cames close to reality 😔
@DDeglane16 it's not me that need to be realistic. I know that. Our former president didn't and the majority of the fans followed the sheppard 😔
@DDeglane16 albeit if you consider:
Ederson
Semedo
Ruben Dias
Lindelof
Cancelo
Weigl
Renato Sanches
Bernardo Silva
Gonçalo Guedes
João Félix
Darwin Nunez
They played in Benfica in the past 10 years and could remain in the club. Of course if they continued to play in Portuguese League they won't be as good as they are right now probably. But with those players and some others that are good too we could've had compete for quarter finals every year and that's pretty good considering that Man Utd don't do that in almost a decade.
@DDeglane16 the same goes for Porto and Sporting and some others second line European clubs.
Im hoping you guys do An AC Milan sensible transfers. Lets see more james horncastle!
Waiting for The Real Madrid's episode since winter transfer season.
Is it taking so long because king comes at the end?
Do a sensible transfer for Napoli. They were close to the title last season but fell short. What kind of improvements do they need to challenge for the seria a?
I think Patrik Schick is a more like for like replacement for Lewandowkski. He’s been incredible at Leverkusen.
He recently renewed his contract i think
@@kyledittman8408 you're right, he did
He was already gonna be €80 m+ so it was gonna be difficult
@@ascendedlad1955 If he continues to score like that then he will be even more expensive.
Inter Milan’s major sale this summer looks like it is going to be Skriniar to PSG. So I doubt they will be willing to sell L. Martínez in the current transfer window.
Read somewhere that Bayern Munich is interested in signing Kane to replace Lewandowski.
Imagine if that happens, then it leading to Spurs signing CR7. Would be the wildest window yet.
Do Everton please 🙏🏻
you made about inter's sensible transfers 3 years ago, can you make a new one please.
Wirtz, Phil Jones , ronaldo , and maguire
They also need new center backs for sure
I think bayern should give choupo moting more chances if Lewandowski leaves. Chupo performed extraordinary when he played, even against Paris in the champions league. yes he missed a couple of chances that game but he was really really close to saving us. he just needs more time
Martinez would be the best fit and the solution if Bayern wants to play like before. But only IF Inter really sell him and Bayern pays enough (if you think of a possible De Ligt signing).
But the question is, if Bayern/Nagelsmann doesn't want to change their system, especailly with the transfer of Mane. They could play like Man City before Haaland and with a lot of switching players that are goal threats (Sane, Gnabry, Mane, Müller, +Zirkzee/Choupo) instead of THE goal thread that the defenders can focus on. Also there are options how they could change the attack for the future if they could afford and want to buy them and change the system: Schick, Wirtz, Nkunku - but this is only possible in 1 or even 2 years and the solution in between is unclear.
So it's either Lautaro now (if affordable), Lewandowski staying for one year and searching for one more year (rather unlikely) or trying to cover it for this year with the players they have (Zirkzee/Mane/Gnabry) in front and hoping for a cheaper/better option next year.
I guess Martinez would be way to expensive if they really want to sign Laimer and de Ligt.
I heard about the intention of signing Mathys Tel from Stade Rennes but he still needs developing-time...
Can you please do a sensible transfer on Leicester city
Can you do a Galatasaray sensible transfer video it would be greatly appreciated
I won't be surprised if Bayern went for Patrick Schick at some point.
Wont be cheap, don't think they would pay 100 mio if Im honest.
Wasn't Cunha already a Nagelsmann guy? He did play in Leipzig
When will Tifo do an episode of Chelsea?
Time for my weekly guess at who's getting recommended before watching
This week il say gianluca scamacca
Ronaldo could be a decent stop gap for a year or two while we wait for the best possible long term replacement.
Also why does the soundtrack in this video sound like its from Danganronpa 2?
Hey, I have an idea. Joshua Zirkzee, where does he play again? Oh yeah…
Respectfully I disagree about signing Martinez to replace Lewandowski. While a great goal scorer I think Lautaro is closer to Muller in terms of how he plays & where his strengths lie.
If Lukaku was available I think he’d be a good fit but Bayern’s best option might be to go young and develop a player who could play that role
Mathys Tel and Musiala will be the new Müşler Lewandovski duo
Tifo starting to learn they have to do these in may so they don't have to start every video with "they have already strengthened with the arrival with X and Y"
Liverpool next, please!
If Ronaldo agrees a paycut, then Bayern can take him this year and make a big money move next year. Also the sooner the Lewandowski dilemma ends the better it will be. 🤦♂️
Am I the only one who thinks Abraham would be an interesting replacement. He's got height, strength, pace, and he's been a great target man at Roma. He's also shown himself to have a good temperament and English players have historically done well, especially in recent years, in the Bundesliga.
Please cover (Glasgow Celtic)
Do Benfica next :)
Please do the story of World Cup qualification 2022
lewa a good presser? where do you get your stat? fbref says differently
Ac milan next?
Can u do another gegenpressing video haha
Can you guys do Ajax next?
Not transfer news related but I’m sure Tifo can solve Barcas financial problem
Can you do Leicester City? They didn’t do any transfers yet
5:23 You spelled his name wrong. He's Cunha not Cuhna.
Mia San Mia 🔥
Watching this as a Bayern fan makes you realize how little Tifo really know and how shallow their "sensible transfers" videos actually are.
why? warum?
@@arneme6588 I mean, there are lots of minor mistakes like Goretzka wearing his old number 18 instead of his actual number 8 or Cunha being misspelled as "Cuhna". It just shows you how little effort they put in into their research for these videos.
But all of those minor mistakes could be excused if there weren't major mistakes. They completely forgot to mention Zirkzee, who came back from his loan. Bayern isn't interested in Kalajdzic at all, so there's no point in suggesting him as a "sensible transfer". They say they don't follow "gossip, rumors or conjecture" but suggesting Kalajdzic is literally exactly that, just picking up rumors, otherwise they'd never dare to bring up a player of his quality for a club like Bayern. Bayern is also supposedly signing Mathys Tel from Stade Rennes for the first team, so this would again change the whole dynamic of the attacking situation, as he can play as a striker and a winger. On top of that nobody knows what Nagelsmann plans and how he wants to line up. They assumed it's going to be a 4231, but Nagelsmann loves to play with a 3atb, some speculate it's even going to be a 433 like Liverpool in the past years with a fluid attack, so the need for a target man like Lewandowski would be redundant. Salihamidzic is in Italy negotiating a transfer for de Ligt, so the "most pressing need" at the centre forward position is also seemingly not that pressing if we look at what Bayern officials are doing.
The thing that bothered me the most, though, is that they never mentioned the actual "most pressing" need in Bayern's squad that all Bayern fans know about: the DM position. Ever since Thiago left, there is no DM to defend and stabilize the midfield. Kimmich is too offensive-minded and undisciplined for that, which is why Bayern conceded that many goals over the past two years since Thiago's departure.
Do Sunderland please
What about Canadian Jonathan David from Lille?
Bring on Erick , Erick Choupo Mouting.
Lautaro? Might as well go Mané false 9. Mané doesn’t have the legs for LW anymore, anyways, & became deadly on the half turn at Liverpool. Perfect creator + finishing + box movement for the false 9 that will get Sané, Müller, Coman, Gnabry(?) involved in goalscoring for Bayern.
Lewa’s scoring is near impossible to replace. Don’t even bother if the best option is Lautaro.
Florian Wirtz will become a Bayern player I think. Also Adeyemi will do well at Dortmund and be snapped up by Bayern in a year or 2.
not adayemi as he was ex Bayern academy player .Bayern don't do tht
and neither wirtz as he sees himself as next Kroos and may go to real but he was a childhood Messi and Barca fan so u can't tell
Over a year now and Bayern still haven't bought any of these suggestions
Laturo Martinez is such a great striker. Sign him
I am still waiting for Chelsea's Sensible Transfers video.. Tifo, make it happen
No surprise that RL9 is irreplaceable at Bayern.
GIROUD. get him reasonably cheaply considering age and the fact Milan have surplus options there. Goals are a given wherever he goes! 👌
Love from India ❤️
Y’all should do PSG next
I think Adeyemi is something that could happen down the road, but not now.
Martínez is very much unlikely but would be a good pick
are you really gonna tell Bayern about sensible transfers?? 😂😂 prolly the only club that hasn't made any foolish transfers in like 10 years or so
Even when they buy a player that doesn’t pan out they still somehow sell them at a profit or at least break even.
Do about Real Valladolid
