Tuchel is a very good manager. One bad season in which Bayer Leverkusen went invincible doesn't make him a bad manager. There's no one close to as good or better than Tuchel on the market (besides Mou and Conte), so sticking with him and fixing the mess behind the scenes is the right choice. And the players leading the onslaught for him to stay along with fans signing a petition is indicative that he's wanted.
He was bad last season too tbf only won the league cause dortmund threw it away in the last game.
He lost to third division team in the cup, he lost many big games against top Bundesliga teams & not even top teams.
Worse of all, Tuchel tried to please Harry Kane to break Lewa's records even after the league was over, he kept playing Kane & best players which resulted in injuries & fatigue.
Too many players think they run the club. Muller seems like the main one. He may end up being a director at the club but needs to realise he isn't one yet
He's one of only a few coaches who have won anything. He probably wouldn't mind getting the sack, he definitely wouldn't be short of options. As I've put on another post all the clubs are waiting until next summer and hoping to appoint Klopp, Xabi, Ancelotti, and probably Pep.
@@craigbuckland6584he is short of options dude. Don't be ridiculous. If he wasn't, he won't allow himself to be tossed up and own like an insignificant learner in football! Imagine Man.u and many other clubs in need of a coach scrambling for Tuchel. You think he will take this disrespect? Come off your euphoria and past tots about him. TUCHEL IS NO LONGER THAT MAN. Something happened along the line & he lost his depth! He is even desperate for a job too hence he is tolerating the disrespect.
Simon really hates Tuchel. All because Todd B told him so. Pathetic.
Was looking for this comment 👍🏻
Bit awkward for him that the man he keeps saying is a massive troublemaker is in fact very popular with his players
He’s in love with Todd Boehly
Simon sucks🚮
@@kingj7606 shh next thing we know Todd will put in a transfer offer for Simon
It wouldn't be a breach of contract if the ownership and Tuchel had a public agreement he was leaving at the end of the season, Simon. Tuchel is in a better position to decide if he wants to stay. Pretty simple.
Simon seems to think employees are slaves. Absolute clown
Simon is mad Tuchel is keeping his job 😂
Imagine how mad he would be if he got the United job 😂
They tried to get Ten Hag, Glasner, Rangnick, Nagelsmann and Alonso but none of them wanted the job... that's why theres a u-turn
Considering it was the higher ups at Bayern who first said they wanted him gone, then one after one managers have turned down the job, and now they want him to stay again, that looks pretty pathetic. The players having to sign a petition to show that Tuchel is actually the man for the job makes the board look even worse
Tuchel is very top manager what is Simon on about
Tuchel lives rent free in Simon’s head. Not sure what Simon’s issue is. Clearly personal
As usual, Jordan trying his hardest to put Tuchel down however he can on the back of his supposed insider personal knowledge. Must be getting embarrassing that everyone in football seems to like Tuchel apart from Jordan and a couple of his mates.
Simon clearly doesn’t understand how many points alonso got….. those points win in any year almost.
Its pep and klopp level points
Simon can’t stand Tuchel 😂😂😂
Because his mate Todd Boehly turned him against him
@@tikemyson5627exactly. Simon loves Todd because he is richer than Simon. It’s how this clowns mind works. Same with levy
Looks like Ten Hag, Tuchel, Pochettino, all of them we were on the brink of termination will be staying because market for managers isn’t great.
Xavi too
@@RealMadrid15UCLsI think Xavi is a pretty good manager tbh a bit of a cry baby but his players failing to maintain composure is what killed their UCL campaign
Of course
Yet, last season was the managers transfer merry-go-round.
What’s the point of changing they all had 2 years. If United get Tuchel Bayern get Ten Hag, pooch I don’t know or care but will all be sacked in 2 years. Might as well keep. Busby and Fergie took years. Arteta was givien time time. If your Liverpool fan don’t talk to soon you know the cycles
Simon's always defending Boelhy's decisions
It looks like alot of big clubs are writing off next year and waiting for next summer to appoint a new manager. Klopp, prob Ancellotti, Xabi and possibly Pep will be on the market.
I think Tuchel did an incredible job in the UCL a bit of a stink with the substitutions but I think he will learn from his mistake
Simon loves to complain about coaches being rewarded for failing, only 1 team can win any given competition. If any other biss was sacked at a company for not being more successful than say Apple or Amazon that shouldn't be considered failiure. It's a lot easier to be rich and throw money about than it is to reach the pinnacle of elite sports.
They only want to keep him as they aint got no better options out there. If I was Tuchel I would be offended. He shouldn't stay on principle.
Was it that Bayern Munich were so bad this season, or have Bayer Leverkusen just been so good? They're not only Bundesleiga champions but they're unbeaten in the Europa thus far too.
Simon Jordan may mock, but player-power in this instance is important. Surely it's better to have unity amongst the squad. He hasn't lost the dressing room like Erik Ten Hag appears to have done over at Manchester United. Bayern Munich does have some elite top-level world class players amongst their ranks. If those demanding high-achieving players want Tomas Tuchel to remain then perhaps he's a lot better manager than Simon Jordan would have us believe.
What is this insider knowledge that Jordan previously professed to having heard about Tuchel's time managing Chelsea?
Correction ETH has not lost the United dressing room thats a myth and very untrue. Carry on.
Yeah everything is going swimmingly down at Carrington. Best results for 30 years.
Is that you, Erik?
@@SuperHarl007 lmao
I think Tuchel made fun of Boehly’s knowledge of the game 😂
Probably because The Todd's knowledge of British football could fit on the back of a matchbox.
How & why would they do this, SJ said the guy can’t ’manage up’ surely they’d listen
The reason there are so few proven managers out there is because pep has dominated the premier league for the past 8 years. There are far fewer winners now because he’s dominated the biggest league for so long. Clubs are always going to feel like they are taking a chance on someone now because of it
I mean if Tuchel is willing to stay then it should be the best realistic thing for everyone to do at this point, Bayern have clearly tried and failed to find a good alternative in the past few months, and it's not like Bayern have been that bad this season under him either. They made the UCL semis and Leverkusen's run is just a miracle that no one could compete with. It's not ideal but it should be the best remaining option at this point. Now if Tuchel doesn't actually want to stay however (which wouldn't surprise me) then they're in a pretty rough spot. Maybe try to get Flick back after the Euros, otherwise idk what they're gonna do.
I question the commitment that the owners and management would give Tuchel if he does in fact stay. If he says they need certain players in order to remedy things, will they give him their full backing or not.
They will likely do it with one hand behind their back.
If they u turn he’s gonna make them fire all his internal enemies in j the front office until they don’t have much of a choice to support him. He kinda has them over the barrel.
Bayerns management greatly overestimated themselves
I can understand it easily.
Where are the Top world class managers?
That will be it.
None available.
Exactly. MU would have had another manager already instead of ETH, so would Chelsea, PSG etc. Every MU manager since SAF was sacked despite performing better. But there were alternatives back then. Bayern were convinced they would get Alonso, as they usually get their way with everything else in Germany. Guess what? He said no. Where Tuchel's number .....?
its different to Xavi as he wasnt sacked, the reason he will stay is everyone else turned them down. Its a club needing a major overhaul and I think most coaches looked at it and thought better not
It wouldn't be a breach of contract. I'm sure he'd have a legal case for constructive dismissal or something with them saying he won't be there next year.
Spot on. They may have already agreed on a mutual separation
Jordan has obviously got inside info from Todd boely about Tuchels behaviour as to why he was sacked so everything he does jordan will hate on him
he only knows one side of it maybe he should ask from tuchels point of view
There's too much politics involved with Bayern. Too many people to deal with for a manager and it's a very complicated job being a Bayern Munich management. That's why they're getting rejected left and right
all very out of character for bayern munich the indecision and odd moves with coaching roles and in transfer market pep guardiola came and turned them intoa passing team and left them stuck in a style they now finding hard to identify as meanwhile alonso has perfected it quickly at leverkusen. i can see them winning it next year too
Whether you like Tuchel or not, you have to see him as the guy who failed to win a trophy after a decade of dominance. He has to move on, if he doesn't you simply encourage a culture of underachievement.
I think maybe less top players are trying there hand at management and why would they they have generational wealth and they have no real need anymore to give so much of there time and life for all that stress
Hope it's true because that will rule him out of the United job, where he would fail massively.
The problem might be that there's nobody else to take his place?
Still hope Klopp stays at Liverpool? Doesn't seem like there is going to be any other big clubs looking for a manager haha
That one just ain’t happening he can’t wait to be gone he’s had enough of the premier league
Nah, the guy's tired
Sir Jordanite = Top LAD Proper Clobber 💯 Facts
Dribble
@@florian-pingu You keep eating your sausage Florian.
@@lfcspectre4335 Dribbler you are.
Players should do that more often. They’re grown men and should admit that they downtools like children
Give him an extra yr then sack him when Klopp is ready to return…
They can' get a decent manager what else will they do
Simon the more you listen isn’t actually a very good pundit he’s constantly contradicting himself the fact Boehly smiled at him and bought him a dinner automatically makes the Yank right for sacking a champions league winning manager. Good decision that’s turned out to be.
Jordan seems to bear a grudge against Tuchel, someone he has probably never met. Jordan was a Championship owner. Tuchel has taken three different clubs to UCL semi-finals. He’s a top coach. Bayern fired Ancelotti, it is run by people that nobody wants to work for.
Not too much is published about the mediocrity of Bayern's higher management. All they've done is sign the best players in Germany, they have not shown any bit of ingenuity in A LONG TIME. Not very German of them.
Bayern took a good decision, changing coaches every season is not sustainable..
Nah. It’s because nobody wanted the job. Not Xavi, not Zidane, not Nagelsmann
ok bayern in the bundesliga where embarassing really and tuchel is responsible for that to a degree but lose out to leverkusen is no disgrace given they are unbeaten its the points gap that is not acceptable really🤔 however is there not a strong argument here that there are not that many managers available that are that attractive at the moment and if they had got xabi alonso I am sure they wouldnt of even thought about retaining tuchel however he aint as bad of a manager as simon jordan is making him out to tho imo I dont think he would be short of offers if other top clubs need a manager in the future tho I think tuchel is a decent manager myself😁
Such a pretender taking credit for being a discount Klopp, he got lucky with Chelsea beating Pep basically because of peak Kante destroying Peps Tiki Taka.
HOW MANY F&&&& TIMES DOES HIM HAVE TO LICK HIS LIPS? DAMN BRO
There's just not enough elite managers and not enough decent refs
Simon thinks he's some pragmatist and yet he has a list of people he likes and dislikes which he never budges on no matter what happens
Who give a damn what u think 😂 keep talking everything that happens in Football 😊
A failed owner not rating a champions league winning manager. Who's surprised?
Bayern were robbed in the semi final. Tuchel didn't lose that game, it was stolen.
simon jordan just beliving anything bohely tells him.
Tuggle
Cant blame the bayern players though, they heard Ten Hag was been considered and probably had a meltdown..
That is absolute madness by munich. Can they not see the direction of travel? They don't play football like leverkusen. They have been bang average in the league this year. Players should never dictate who the manager should be. Maybe they want to wait for Klopp to come out of retirement in twenty twenty five lol 😂
Tuchel is a vert good world class manager. For all this talk of Bayern Munich not doing well, they have come second in the Bundesliga and just barely lost to Real Madrid in the Champions league semi final. So Bayern can continue with him.
They’re 15 points behind Simon not 20
Bayern will become a top 4 club in the Bundesliga, Tuchel has horrible talent ID. He got Cucurella, Sterling & Aubameyang as he demanded & then had a nervous breakdown when Arsenal smashed them 4-0 in pre-season, ranting against the owners.
No big club buys players for one specific manager, a club buys players with a vision, project & identity. Look at MUFC, they keep buying players to suit many managers & they have all sort of players that can barely be called a team. These are alarm bells for any big club if a manager wants more power, the club should be always 1st & way bigger than any manager.
Man utd are horrible
Horrible? 😂😂 This is why 10 year olds shouldn't be allowed on the internet 😊
