Thanks you are awesome. I am glad to see a woman doing car instructions. You rock
You're welcome, and thanks for the comment!
You're too much Saab girl I dig your all your videos
You are awesome! You showed so many parts we all want to see without first having to take apart our own car! Thank You Thank You! I think the connectors could use a little De-Ox spray as well as the Ballast and Light connectors. If that doesn't work then it's take apart Ballast clean internal and check for cold joints of course do all this after checking for bad bulbs. Again Thank You! Great JOB!!!!!
Illusion Productions, glad to help. You’re welcome.
Nice job! Thank you for posting the video!

Gurdeep Singh, thanks.
Thank you, vary helpfull!
Glad it helps ;-).
That hose coming off the light is the vent hose for the headlights, it does not go to the headlight washer as you stated.
Tank41683, thanks for the info.
Saab message boards suck, sooooooooo many egos people can't even agree on motor oil! You'd think they were crew chiefs for Saab telling you what to use in a race! Soooooooooo annoying! Great video!
Thanks.
Thanks a lot
Hi! Great Video and very helpful. I am wondering how you resolved your headlight/highbeam problem. Mine won't work and I can't quite figure it out.
I know this was three years ago but did you figure the problem out with your high beam mine aren't working now
@@kennys7361 The lights on these cars come on automatically, However, to use high beams for more than just flashing them, you Must turn the headlight switch all the way to the Right, on completely.. It's a lame design and I had to look this up on my car as well. Turns out nothing wrong, just bad design in my opinion.
Hi QS,
I like your video it is very useful. I have a 2005 saab 95 aero sedan and now am having trouble with my driver side xenon light. When I start my car the light turns on but after 2 or 3 minutes later it automatically turned off. I drive 40 miles one way to work, early morning it is very hard. This weekend I am thinking about to do the same thing what you did in this video. Please tell me do you still experiencing the same problem or you just fix it yourself . Am waiting for your replay , It will be a huge help and I greatly appreciate it .
broover , I haven’t had any problems with my headlights since doing this video. Please follow the steps and tell me how it works out.
GIRL you are Awesome and Beautiful! Thanx. My prob is the drivers side is intermittent so I'm going to switch ballast's to check if that's the prob. You are a tremendous help to us SAAB stories :)...are you married? lol. BTW, putting paste wax over the cleaned lenses buys a little more time untill they fog again. Happy Motoring!
rick foster, I’m glad the video was helpful and thanks for the tip.
Thank you for the video i have a Saab 04 and I get a headlight leveling issue every time I start the car bat my really big problem is I cant see at the dark because they are to low I tried to fix them with a screwdriver but nothing. Anyone got on idea?????
Ariol Plaka , do you have the OEM xenon bulbs?
How Do i reach the 10mm bolt at the turnsigalight on driverside?
Not sure which bolt you’re referring to, please add more context so I can help
that light is for Europe. We have white Corner Light and Yellow Blinkers.
The washer is a new Generation. It cleans your headlight by a high pressure water beam. So there is no wiper anymore.
Greetz
Thanks.
My passenger side xenon headlight stays on even after car is turned off. Anyone know what would cause this. I have an 07 9-3 aero vert
William Miller, check out this thread it may help www.saabcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=100520#/topics/100520
You said on your left side your high beam wasn't working but you think you know why? Question did you figure it out because I have a 03 saab 9-5 aero and my high beam isn't working on either side how do you I can fix that issue with the high beam?
Kenny S , I replaced the bulb with an OEM xenon bulb (19351942 or 32016323) and that took care of it
Kenny S , wait it can also be orange relay on your model (I think). Do you know how to test it? I also replaced the ballasts. Check out this thread: www.saabcentral.com/threads/headlight-issue-please-help.569954/
@@torymccollum1227 yeah that was my initial guess when you said it in the video how can I test it ? And is the part available at like autozone etc
You rich folks and your fancy cars. 😆
My right passenger light won't come on in the night but only in the day .
My front light washer will shoot washer fluid or water about 10ft onto cars in the left lane lol
Mind of it’s own 😂
