Do this standing morning workout no jumping if you want to burn fat all day.
It's a simple workout you can do no matter how busy you are.
You just need to jump out of bed, drink water and start moving.
Enjoy the standing morning workout no jumping.
Doing this 10 min no impact workout is humbling. I'm almost 40 and have a 31 BMI (obese). Used to be 130 and could do 3 1 hour workouts in a day (not routinely but point is I could). I even did a half-marathon once....I was falling apart at the 9 minutes mark. Only finished cause I saw I had 1 minute left. It's so much harder to get back into shape when you're older. Anyone in there 20's reading this: get your BMI in the normal range and stay there. Then your balance won't go, your memory will be better, your hair will be thicker, joints will be healthier, and you won't hate what you look like in the mirror.

I haven't exercised in a bit but I do some physical activity at my job everyday but man i was not expecting this simple 10 min workout to have me out of breath and sweating lol

I am older, morbidly obese, and developed osteoarthritis in my knees. Recently, I decided to eat better and lesser, and move more. This workout is my daily morning energy and attitude booster. I am down 20 lbs, and my knees feel much better. I share the different workouts with my family too.
I stopped exercising because i was depressed, and my bmi has increased from 20bmi to 32 bmi. I'm looking better just sticking to good food and at least 25 minutes work outs. I went from 152 to 145 in 3 weeks. Thanks for this workout.

Omg I finally got through an entire workout!! I was slower and my shoulders got really tired but eventually I think that’s the challenge is to be able to get a little stronger and make it through 💞

I was thinking to do this cardio each morning and strength training in the evening. I have also reduced my calorie intake to 1500. Is it enough to trim and keep muscles ? Thanks for your help

This look soo easy but when my 240 lbs sister tried this, she sweat a bucket and out of breath in the first 5 minutes. But this 10 minutes workout did really great for lazy/out of shape/obese people to overcome their mental block and trying to exercise. I mean any exercise over 15 minutes usually scared them away 😂.
You make a good point. Start small and be consistent. Encourage your sister to keep going
