This is my seventh day my legs are killing me but its worth it I am loving these workout.

Sometimes, when I feel anxiety potentially obstructing my plan to work out, I will combine 3 of your 10-12 minute workouts, i.e. cardio with weights, cardio for flat tummy, and abs. It tricks my mind into thinking it is much shorter (more attainable) than it actually is. LOVE!

came for love handles but i don't feel my legs. yet it proved very beneficial. heart started pumping since 2nd minute!! i hope it destroys my love handles even though i didn't feel any muscle pain around my love handles. maybe i did wrong?
It will destroy them. Working your legs actually helps reduce body fat. Just stay consistent and maintain a healthy diet

My handles got handles. Always have them no matter what weight I’m at. I think my handles give my hips a square look because I raise them upwards off my hips and my hips magically have shape to them
