Due to health issues I've been advised to focus on low intensity workouts and tried this one today - it was perfect - and the great thing is that once I switch back to medium and/or high intensity I'll still be able to use this workout by adjusting my effort. Thanks!!
What I like about your workout is there is no talking. The talkative workouts are boring. You begin then go straight on point after the exercise. Your workout is all I do morning and evening, then planking. Keep it up bro!!!

I had no pain today, got this workout in, made my body and spirit happy to move, i also think this is great for coordination, and spinal health, mobility , using all the oppostiion between arms and legs, works brain and body. I also added a resistance loop band around upper legs to get my gluteus medius stronger. Fighting osteporosis age 43, every day, got to move mindfully ! thank you Brian

I did 10 - 15 minutes of this cardio workout and the step aerobics video after 2 weeks my legs were very sore even though I have experience in jogging and other cardio for 10 years. I took a one week break. I'll try to make a come back this week
