For everyone trying to line up rotors you should buy a hayes or other disc brake alignment tool. Put the cover on brakes then install caliper then remove and tighten no rubbing! Worth the $10-$20 for the hassle

hell yeah dude..it works well. helps for straightening out the rotor too!

Surronster suggests to tighten down the calipers while holding the brake lever down that should align it perfectly without needing to visually try and line it up.

seems i need to add a new skill, baby steps in servicing my own Nami Viper as shops in Philippines charge a hefty price even with just a simple brake pads replacement IT IS OVERPRICED so learning these skills. an save me money but i have to agree its not easy especially when no one likes to share knowledge, salamat kabayan adobo moto for the tips
