If a woman holds back her children from seeing their father because he is in the household where they are selling drugs out of there and putting the kids in danger and the kids got to open alcohol before and she videod the children stating what happened over there and called DHS to investigate the situation afterwards and she is approaching a contempt hearing after not letting them go over there is that a violent reason for not letting the children go over there? And should she even mention that the father has also assaulted her in front of the children and broke in her house and assaulted her sexually? And he is under investigation for doing so by detectives does this hold any weight in her defense?

You need to press charges for sexual assault. And follow through with the charges.
