@@ssia1606 When I started I was always tired and full time on PC (almost). I wasnt happy with how my body was looking so I decided to do something for him, and thats when I found Fraser Wilson. I looked for abs workouts and I started doing them everyday, and now I'm shredded and good looking. 3 years ago I would never have thought that I could reach what I reached. I went from 69 kilos to 67 (now) eventhough I got taller and more muscular mass. Thanks for asking :D
@@salz1554 Just got motivated and started doing abs workouts mostly everyday (I focused on abs because they were the muscular group that were less developed). The key is on the motivation

Thanks for sharing, the first and second exercises are very difficult. But the workout is very complete let go get shredded together
this is a full on perfect workout tip if u done with the 4 weeks part do it again for another 4 weeks
but do the vid twice per day
I’ve been procrastinating doing this workout cause it looks really difficult and also can I ask u some advice does it take a while to build arm muscle cause I got my weights in July and have worked out since then pretty much my routine is 20 minute arm workout another 20 minute arm workout from fraisers video and a 10 minute one from fraisers one as well but I’m not really noticing a change in my arms 😔
