Update: This gun should perform better than shown here. This gun’s scope is out of alignment. We found out after the video was published.
Should have asked earlier, but how easy is the scope to adjust? Have to send it in or a simple screwdriver DIY project? Very affordable on eBay
No worries vortex. Thanks for sharing.
I love how big the rear display is on the LTI, even if it isnt high res
Quick question for you, What was the first dashcam and who posted the first dashcam video? THANKS BUDDY
Hello, I’m looking for an interior dash cam for rideshare purposes that is not gonna be very visible maybe something that I can hide or that wont attract much attention, and relatively decent quality do you have suggestions ?
That thing is horrible. Thanks for doing the video. No go for me.
Vortex, any issues with a V1G2 picking this up like they had with the TSS? I’m asking because you said this shoots a different pulse pattern than the normal TS.
I don’t believe so, no
Geez, that's harder work than I would have guessed.
Always thought these guns were 'more fatal' than this.
Any issues with the jammers shooting ir light at you during testing? I mean, as far as eye safety
Depends on the jammer. Some are dangerous especially during repeated testing. It's also worse at night when your pupils are dilated allowing more light into your eye.
Personally from my experience, it's not going to harm you unless it's repeated exposure and your eyes will feel exhausted after 30-40 passes of 30 second runs. So laser glasses are a good idea for testing, but no it's not going to hurt a LEO over the 3-4 second JTG period
@@MaFTB who cares about road pirate safety how about all the innocent people they are blinding?
@@dackbowland1876 looool. If the road pirate who's looking directly AT THE CAR jamming him isn't going to be harmed, you think other people in their cars are going to be blinded? Come on... I used to test these systems for HOURS on end with the nastiest lidar guns on the brightest jammer systems and the most I used to get was a minor headache. My vision is fine. Nowadays I wear the glasses because getting a headache sucks, but if I really want to go crazy, I'll take them off for a run or two if they're in the way of me getting the perfect shot. Yes I'm crazy, but it won't hurt anyone
One thing to takeaway, the attached video grab vs being behind is much faster and easier to get one's speed is easier. Do not let this video deceit one on this unit.
They told me afterwards that they think the scope is misaligned which would explain why it wouldn’t lock onto cars even with the reticle dot right on the vehicle.
😎
Wow. I hope that gun just needs a service. I have a 20 year old ProLaser2 that outperforms that by a wide margin.
It would be really nice if police just fucked off and let us use OUR roads how WE choose to.
It makes you wonder what kind of damage this does to the eyes of the people in the vehicles? If these things are getting so powerful that they are emitting a confined infrared light that distance, it cannot be good on the retinas. What government studies have been performed on these devices? It is already known that shining lasers at police is illegal and infrared is just as damaging to a person as visible light, if not worse due to the inability to turn away or for the retinas to at least constrict.
A piece of junk! 😂😂😂
Not impressed. It looks like it’s no better than traditional Ka.
Performance of this gun is so bad you could leave jammers on the whole time and the gun operator wouldn't even notice the difference.
It was very surprising. When using it normally instead of aiming through a phone, it is easier to get a lock, but still tougher. It’s pretty actively used though so it makes me wonder if other copies of the gun lock onto cars better than this copy.
That gun stinks.
Using a laser speed gun like this one to clock planes landing or taking off at an airport just for the fun of seeing speeds up to 200+ ??? NOW THAT WOULD BE FREAKING AWESOME TO WATCH IN 2024 AND BEYOND!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝😎🛫🛬🛫🛬
It’s not a good idea to blind pilots, let’s just leave it to road pirates blinding any innocent people that drive by.
