Wasn't so much the brand as malfunctioning install. It was fixed and did much better. :)

I’m in Florida… been seriously contemplating picking up ALP’s. LEOs around here heavily use laser.
Are we being one up’ed, are laser jammers being defeated?

Nope, jammers still work great
