It's a workout alone just tryong to hold myself up during the calf and hammy stretch
Love being shown how,why and what we are doing in each move.Thank you from across The Pond!
I have been running for 2 years and I have a muscle between the abductor and quad that has been sore and tight for TWO YEARS! This video didn’t get rid of the pain, but it has eased it by half! I am tempted to roll on that area all night, but, slow and stead is better than over zealous and hurting myself more. Thank you so much! This was my first ever time foam rolling. I love it!
Thank you, Sydney! ❤
I recently started using yoga foam blocks under my hands to help with wrist strain as well as getting into a higher position over the roller. This was a fantastic video!
Thats an awesome idea, and thank you for sharing! I hope this helps other people as well!
Omg that was AMAZING! My quads are so tight it was actually painful, but your guidance and instructions were on point and left me feeling looser in the end!
Wow! I'm already part of the sydney squad andI was searching for a foam roller video. I can't believe you have one of those too! You got everything!
Whew! That was really good. I got a foam roller for xmas like two years ago and it's just been collecting dust as I walk around super sore and tight. This was so good to start opening up after working out again. Thank you ^-^*
Really needed this one today!!! Thanks Sydney!💙
Brilliant explanation and terrific work for legs
Great job! I have taught dance, Pilates, and yoga; and I am a licensed massage therapist. Admittedly, I am kind of picky (maybe a kinder word would be "discerning") when it comes to therapeutic or healing modality videos: You knocked it out of the park! This was down-home and relaxed, yet professional, accurate, and articulate--just the best combo. Thank you very much.
Thanks Sydney I needed this and I loved it!🧘♀️❤️
This was much needed after day 8 of Energy! Thank you Sydney!
Loved this one!! I would like to see a full body workout video using these resistance bands!
Thank you Sydney, it was just so much fun. You gave me a Relief, no tension left in me.
This was absolutely perfect!!!!
Just used my new 24” Trigger Point roller for the first time. I love it. Much more versatile than my shorter one.
That was awesome! I feel great! 🙂 I did the band stretching first then the foam rolling.I’m going to start doing this everyday.thank you so much! 🙏🏽❤️
Excellent stretches! Thank you!
Loved this. Glad I listened Sydney and this tonight lol
Thank you! I'm new-ish to foam rolling and learned a few things. Also, felt great--mostly on the back; the legs/glutes/hip flexors were intense for me.
I'm new to this foam rolling. Man did this feel good!!! Doing it again just because.👍👍👍❤❤❤
Love this one!!! Just did it again!!
Wow, really EXCELLENT instruction! Thank you so much! Just got a foam roller and would have made mistakes if not for Sydney.
Yeah definitely needed this. Thanks for sharing as always
Great foam roll session sydney
Great video, was looking for an easy follow to routine to hit the major sore spots. This makes marathon training and general working out a lot better.
i was just smiling while doing this.. hearing all the cracking sound.. feeling my body loosen up.. thank you Sydney and Dustin
This was absolutely awesome 😊
Great video and thx for the lower back advice! I really felt it in my legs especially all over on the sides ughhhh “pick a spot” my whole leg was in healthy pain. I really needed this workout as I cxld my calisthenics due to my back pain. Thx again 👏🏾👏🏾
This is an amazing workout! Thanks very much. Just a hint to anyone expecting some upper body as well - that only comes at the very end and it's not very much. But the lower body gets a GREAT foam roll!
I bought a roller yesterday and this is the first time I used it...ow I almost cried but now I know why I am tight in some places! great video!
This Foam Rolling routine was really good. I have had a foam roller for a while now, but haven't used it much yet, because I didn't really know how! This was a good video to get the basics, and now I have some ideas for how to roll out those tight areas. My super tight areas I noticed today were my hip flexors and quads. Ouch! So I'm thinking these are areas I can concentrate on to work out those kinks in the fascia. Hopefully this will help in my overall strength and movement abilities.
Thank you Sydney! I appreciate all of the variety in your videos. You have a wide range of movements and exercises, and types of training. This is exactly what I like!
Loved this!
Thank you very much, you helped me and you have the perfect voice for this... New subscriber as well 😃
So I just tried out your Foam Rolling Routine! I workout 24/7 morning & night this workout felt so good! Lol! 🙂🙂

I've been noticing my upper back is starting to round. Plus it's always so tight.
So I got a 15$ foam roller at waLmart. Hoping this will help! After using it just now, i feel like a weight has lifted off me. WOW! Im feeling great!!
great video Thanks Sydney
My favourite post run thing to do
Foam roller amazing feeling good
Thanks for this great video.
It’s hard enough to learn them but it was great that you made it easy to follow.
I have not done much foam rolling but having trouble with my left leg means I need to do more.
Any and all advice I would be grateful for.
Thanks again.
Ohh thanks Sydney I really needed this ! Xxb
I never knew how to correctly use a foam roller. This was so helpful!

Great quick review of how to use a foam roller! Thanks Sydney! Anyone have the link for the peanut/lacrosse ball video she references? Thanks!
Thank you!
So worth it to spend the extra 10mins after a workout to do a foam roll deep stretch! Love it! Thanks Coach SC 💦🏋🏻♂️💥🥦
Here in July 2020. So fortunate to discover Sydney during this pandemic. Love the foam rolling stretches. ✅7/29
Thanks a lot!
Great video Sydney! If you wish to skip the intro, you can start at 02:30
Just found this! A little gem. xxx
Thank you
I have the short orange roller you showed and it sits so high it’s hard to use with my short arms. Also I did abunch of squats a few days ago and my legs are just lit up I feel like I have to pause over my entire leg everything is crazy sore. Every second on this roller I’m just like OH MY GOD.
Thank a lot 👍
This was much needed!!
Can you post the link for part two in the description box?

Where can I find the Video about using a small ball?
Is there a link to the lacrosse ball video I can’t find it .
I'm new to foam rolling and I do the last move for the back but I'm so afraid while I do it lol
keep rollin babe! xD
I cant find the mentioned la crosse ball video?
Honestly I was afraid foam rolling the glute medius bc it has the hip joint underneath and Bob & Brad said you should never foam roll your joints?
And then you said the same about your knee but foam rolled it anyway!?
*I'm confused!*
are some of those supposed to hurt?!
Starts at 2:30
Routine begins at 2:28
Where is part 2?
♥️✅
Start 2:35

Hmm this is as you say in the video a leg workout and not a full body workout as the video title says :/
misleading title saying it is full body routine while you roll only mostly legs and when it comes to upper body you roll only back
The roll on the back is kinda weird.
IT bands should not be foam rolled. They do not have fascia to release therefore it is a waste of time and could result in injury:)
That white background hurts my eyes
I can't see what u r doing coz it covers with words translated there..urghh
It's hard to follow/ focus when the person talks too much. Definitely the least fav foam rolling video
To add u talk to much .....NEXT
Starts at 2:32
