I have been running for 2 years and I have a muscle between the abductor and quad that has been sore and tight for TWO YEARS! This video didn’t get rid of the pain, but it has eased it by half! I am tempted to roll on that area all night, but, slow and stead is better than over zealous and hurting myself more. Thank you so much! This was my first ever time foam rolling. I love it!

Great job! I have taught dance, Pilates, and yoga; and I am a licensed massage therapist. Admittedly, I am kind of picky (maybe a kinder word would be "discerning") when it comes to therapeutic or healing modality videos: You knocked it out of the park! This was down-home and relaxed, yet professional, accurate, and articulate--just the best combo. Thank you very much.

This Foam Rolling routine was really good. I have had a foam roller for a while now, but haven't used it much yet, because I didn't really know how! This was a good video to get the basics, and now I have some ideas for how to roll out those tight areas. My super tight areas I noticed today were my hip flexors and quads. Ouch! So I'm thinking these are areas I can concentrate on to work out those kinks in the fascia. Hopefully this will help in my overall strength and movement abilities.
Thank you Sydney! I appreciate all of the variety in your videos. You have a wide range of movements and exercises, and types of training. This is exactly what I like!
