This is a total body stretch for you today and I can promise you will feel so much better when you are done! I want you to take today recover as you have to give your body plenty of time to recover at least once a week! Really relax your mind and your muscles as you lengthen the fibers to decrease soreness and tightness! Let me know if you feel better after this stretch!

thank you Sydney. Just what I needed. I have a request. :) While the 20 minute stretches are great, sometimes I only have a short amount of time to stretch, or want to tack them on after a workout. I would love it if you could film 10 minute stretches more often. You are awesome. :)
