    This is a total body stretch for you today and I can promise you will feel so much better when you are done! I want you to take today recover as you have to give your body plenty of time to recover at least once a week! Really relax your mind and your muscles as you lengthen the fibers to decrease soreness and tightness! Let me know if you feel better after this stretch!

      You don't actually have to hand the leg parallel for this. It's a relatively new thing rule that some people have started replicating but it's healthier to have the leg slightly angled at it's natural rotation at the hip and knee.

    this is my number 1 go-to stretching routine every time i feel like my whole body needs one. it feels more like a 10 minute vid rather than 20 mins. it just hits the spot

    I'm fairly confident I'm the most inflexible human to have ever existed and I will say that this. I have tried 100 different beginner stretch videos (all of which are great in their own right) but I can't do half the stretches so back to doing nothing I go. This video was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Simple, straight forward and I at no point did I feel like I was going to die doing them. Thank you for helping me find an achievable and sustainable starting point!

    I can't get anywhere near straightening my leg in the last exercise or get my head anywhere near my feet in the exercise with the soles of the feet touching, I'm so inflexible.

      half of these are a bit too hard for beginners.You can just change the stretch you can’t do(example standing touching your toes).I enjoyed the stretches tho work on it bud you’ll get there

      Hamstring stretch is the toughest. My legs shake like they're made of twigs

    I love this. I would love to see a 20 minute stretch specifically to be done After a run. I have just started running and I have got up to 7K now and I’m really proud of that. A lot of that achievement is down to your encouragement Sydney and knowing that I am stronger than I think I am. So thank you so much for that. I really been looking for a great stretch series to do after a run that will really help me to cool down and make sure I’m not too sore the next day. That’ll be a fabulous thing to see on your channel

      Hannah Juggins I know this is late like 7 months late but a trick I use to not get sore after swimming running stretching etc is drinking milk after. I usually make it chocolate 😂 but you can do whatever you want! Maybe make it a protein shake!

    This was by far the best stretch video I’m come across on CZcams. This hits every spot I was needing, my hips, side, lower back and hams! At the end I just laid on the mat in content. Ty.

    Oh my gosh... That over head stretch with the linked fingers... That's the best stretch I've ever been taught! It was difficult to breathe the first time I did it but my upper body felt better than it has in a long time... I now do it multiple times a day. You rock!

    Hello Sydney! I just did this stretch after my workout! I felt it was more back and lower body focused but still very good! I added more upper body, shoulders, arms stretches at the end!     I workout 5 days a week and on the days when my body is telling me I need a break this is perfect to work out any muscle soreness and tightness. I normally do this on days when I'm not doing HIIT or cardio along with upper body (30 mins), abs (10 mins) and finish with a stretch. Feels great.

    One of the best stretches out there
    I took a break from working out for about 3 months now because of studies , and I wanted to go back to working out. I started my first day by doing this stretch. Feeling so stretched after so long. Tho I do recommend everyone to do some neck rotations etc as well at the end! Loved it Sydney.your voice is really calming. I wasn't bored at all♥️

    Great lower back stretches. I frequently have that little lower back nudge and opening the hips was very beneficial! Happy New Year.
