A massive controversy just recently boiled over into the real world between two big CZcamsrs--Jacksfilms and SSSniperwolf. This controversy started with critique and blew up when SSSniperwolf doxxed Jacksfilms. One would hope that anyone who stands outside someone's house while live streaming and demanding the resident come outside to "talk" would be arrested, but I don't think it's likely, no matter who the perpetrator is. Cops frequently do nothing until someone is dead or at least severely injured. Women who call the cops on their stalkers are frequently told there's nothing they can do.
That said, I do agree that the public might be more outraged if the genders were reversed but I'm not sure even that is true. I have heard a ton about this even though I don't follow either creator or even knew who they were before this whole mess. I think the perception is that people would care more if the genders were reversed because it happens more frequently in that direction so you are more likely to hear those stories.
@@punkinholler It is indeed very rare as there has to be clear intent and malicious reasoning. A restraining order can be called into play, but if the police were to take action for someone doing something so...I don't want to say minimalistic, but at most making a person feel uncomfortable, then we'd be close to a dictorial/tyrannical government. However if they are a stalker, you can file a restraining order. Once that is in place, if they so much as come near your home, they can be arrested.
However in the case of SSSniperwolf, there is room to argue malicious intent due to her going public and demanding someone come out their house. At that point you go beyond simple stalking, and now it is being put into question - why? If the police judge she is trying to harm the resident or take them hostage in any way, they have grounds to restrain her. Perhaps not imprisonment, but probation would be called into question, as would a potential restraining order.

Sssniperwolf’s sister was with her the whole time and posting online saying they were there to fight and also kinda threatening and putting him down over and over.
Literally saying you’re there to fight shows intent. It shows a really bad intent.
I really hope he presses as many charges as possible, Siperwolf is middle aged and still acts like a f-king child, I hope this humbles her but we all know she's the type to blame God and the universe itself before she ever looks in the mirror.

I get Sssniperwolf acts like a young teen, and I do not agree with her but she is only 31 years old and that is not middle-aged..
It is so ironic that she talks about getting a restraining order against Jacksfilms when he's publishing videos with fair use.... And she's literally went to his house and broadcasted his home to millions of people.
If you start looking into her social media presence, you realize that even back then she's been schizoposting. I believe that in her mind she thinks her insane rants help her garner sympathy but without believing or putting much thought into anything she says
And she saying she doesn't know what doxxing is, first, anyone with a channel knows, second, she has doxxed others, is also ironic that she claims she is being defamed when she falsely claimed that another CZcamsr (the same one she doxxed) was a register sex offender when he wasn't, specially because she has done things that an offender would do and she said "I can't be an offender, I'm a woman". That is the kind of person she is.
Sniperwolf doesn't have to abide by Jacksfilms rules. If Jacksfilms has a problem with CZcams's rules, he should complain to CZcams instead of orchestrating a concerted campaign to harass Sniperwolf. Shameful, as a man, that Jacksfilms can't even discuss discuss his issues with Sniperwolf face to face and now acts like some sort of victim.

Yep, it was in the middle of the night and he wasn’t expecting anything. He was streaming too when this happened and his friends found out before he did. Extra creepy of Ssstalkerwolf to show up uninvited at night yet she still has her little white knights defending her… if anyone thinks this is ok they need serious help.

@@anothercub6958 Actually, no, it matters, if I had to argue her going out of her way to show up as his house and posting his content online as an indirect form of attempt to harass him over the issue and inspire others to do so. I would also argue him creating an entire channel focused on making fun of her specifically, trolling, an action which could by him knowingly cause stress to the person he is targeting is also harassment (and arguably defamation for any videos he isn't correct). I have a great deal of criticism for her. And liken it to a crime. But I'd be turning too much of a blind eye to say that he wasn't attempting to negatively pressure her with his content in some way that would be a foul offline as well.
@@AstraFulminous The thing is this is not something exclusive to SSSniperWolf, many react channels have received heavy pressure, to the point of being removed from the platform entirely. Jacksfilms has never been exclusive to her, is not the sole person to do this to a content creator like her, and youtube has actually shown they agree with creators pointing this stuff out. If it was truly to the point of harassing, then she could file a claim to youtube and he would receive a demerit, likely on both accounts, and be required to remove or change the account in question of harassment.
I think you missed that Lia (Sniperwolf) is not some random internet girl. She is a convicted felon, for armed robbery of all things. I feel like the concept of a convicted armed robber turning up to your house is an insane jump in how distressing that would be to anyone.
She wasn't convicted but she does have armed robbery/assault charges.
She's also made gun videos so even if it is Cali, a state with somewhat stringent gun regs she's still a dangerous person.
If she was to be charged criminally then you can’t use any previous charges/convictions as evidence against her. If jack was to sue in civil court, then he could use her past against her.

Honestly I think Jack’s best option for a lawsuit against Sssniperwolf would be to make the claim that she jeopardized the safety of their property, and make her pay for all the costs of a new house, including moving fees. And of course now is a terrible time to buy a new house, and Jack’s home is arguably worth a lot less now that so many eyes are on it. Anyone buying it would be taking the risk of getting caught up in the drama.

Not convicted, charged. She was told to behave and the charges were dropped apparently. But she physically attacked a security guard who caught her shoplifting.
I hadn’t heard the clip of her outside his house before as most people just showed an altered image to protect Jacksfilm’s home. It is literally terrifying that she points out how there was food outside so she literally was going to confront him when he went to grab it.

It's not surprising that YT ignores their own policy on users stealing content from each other when they allow ads for products that show you how to do it.
They unbanned QuantumTV's old account so the argument couldn't be made that he was ban evading because that was a major attack angle from The Act Man during that mess.
QuantumTV who assaulted his wife, said LGBTQ people were satanists and should be purged (in much less professional words), etc.

she distanced herself from this type of content and switched to fake gaming at some point, which is why she changed the "sexy sexy" to just "ss."
They only demonetized her most recent videos after the doxing happened, all other videos before the incident are still monetized.
Pretty sure they demonitized her channel temporarily. She "ban evaded" because she began posting the videos on another channel, that wasn't demonitized, which youtube then later also demonitized.
I think the reason she switched channels is because of her ongoing legal dispute with her husband or ex husband, who owns exactly half of the channels they had, and they had an agreement in place where they wouldn't do damage to their shared possession, which sniperwolf also broke by being in the limelight right now.
Now that I think about it, this might be part of the reason why they couldn't just eliminate her channel, because that might implicate them in a legal battle.

here's the thing about SsDoxWolf doxing JacksFilms, his fears are actually warranted since people have actually come to his house due to what she did. Also don't forget SSDoxWolf has a history of armed robbery
Ugh I hadn't heard about that. If that's true, I hate that. The only silver lining is that if he brought a civil claim against her, for example for intentional infliction of emotional distress, the fact that people are showing up at his home now would go towards damages.

This makes me think that maybe a more feminine view is what LegalEagle missed. Like i know he thought she wasn't trying to knowingly incite any harm but i think he missed the fact that a lot of fans who have built these parasocial relationships are obsessive and willing to do ANYTHING even when not explicitly stated. Especially for women, especially for attractive women, especially for 'sexualised', attractive women. I have no doubt that some of Lia's most dedicated fans would be willing to do some crazy shit even if she didnt explicitly ask.
100%, the parasocial relationship is a key factor in this whole controversy--and, tbh, it's not even necessarily rooted in her being an attractive woman (although that definitely can act as a force multiplier). A big CZcamsr's community very often is what the content creator makes of it, and whether they're a man or a woman, they set the tone. Sometimes the tone is very combative and ready/willing to fight. At the level she's been operating at in terms of views, subscribers, fans, etc... I have a very hard time believing that she didn't understand going into this incident how many of her fans would enthusiastically go to bat for her in that way.

If she's unhinged enough to turn up at his house and get away with it with YT, it makes me worry that she'd be willing to push it even further due to the lack of repercussions. Worse, they gave her a temporary slap on the wrist that she then proceeded to violate terms of service to get around by posting her content to an alternative, monetized, channel. She has since gotten caught and demonetized those videos, but it is still a clear violation.
I'd never seen the video with her saying "Hey come out, let's talk!" and learning that it was after 10pm. That girl is a headcase and her sister only bolsters that lunatic behavior. I'd seen most of the stuff, but even if she didn't dox him, but just shown up at his home and trying to get him to come outside to talk, despite the fact there is nothing to talk about since she steals people's work, and Jack calls her out on it, then she still seems like a crazy person. CZcams changed their policy also when the reality of the situation became public.

I would think that since the incident happened before the TOS was updated, a lawyer could argue that the charges don’t effect CZcams’s potential liability & status of the safe harbor shield for this case.

@@shadowfan115 To the first part, my speculation is yes, it may not rise to the criminal level, but he may have a civil suit against her which is a lower bar to prove. Also, her going on like nothing has happened can be used against her as evidence of lack of remorse. Sometimes the best thing to do is, stay quiet.
To the latter part, he's not lying, there is video proof, and he is continuing to gather evidence, her posts the days after. Court cases are slow, don't expect immediate action.

I really loved this video and thought you did a great job of explaining and dissecting a large number of complicated topics. I also watched the Legal Eagle video and my take away was that he did not think that doxing occurred (possibly since No. 5 was not met). Was this a correct interpretation of Legal Eagle's take? I agree with you that all five criteria for doxing were fulfilled. If I were Jack, I would be scared s$%tless to come home now and would moved away as soon as possible!

He used the information available to him (SSS tried scraping a lot of it offline), and made an assessment on that.
I think he's still incorrect but only because he was missing information.
The fact that SSSniperwolf issued a jank ass pr apology right after youtube basically didn't punish her and released their statement.
CZcams 100% gave her an apology to publish to not punish her.

After LegalEagle's one, I was afraid to do anything online that could earn me backlash, since his conclusion was basically : "there's nothing illegal in what happened really" or at least, that's how it sounded. At least now, with your video, while the task ahead sounds rough, at least, there's a path ahead.
Tbh his video kinda rubbed me the wrong way. It seemed like he was unwilling to explore the ramifications of doxxing.

Basically acting like a parent that has a favorite child but doesn't want to show it, instead blames both to avoid it looking like they have a favorite child and to avoid having to punish them only.
The thing I don't understand is -because of how huge SSSSSSSSSSniperwolf's channel is, I'm sure a lot of the people whose videos she's using would love to allow her to use them due to the exposure, but she inexplicably crops out their watermarks and then shut down any criticism. It just doesn't make any sense. Like, why not just give the people a little exposure and coast on the goodwill, AND make your millions from cashing in on the laziest content imaginable?
youtube pushes her content on new accounts and pages. Its mostly watched by kids who arnt old enough yet to see whats going on. Makes them so much money they dont care they are promoting a criminal.
Yeah it's been a common thing on TV for decades (In the UK) of people sending in family/made videos for exposure or a small cash incentive. The fact that she deliberately denies this exposure whilst barely adding anything of any merit whatsoever other than pathetic immature little comments is mad that youtube "people" think she is good for the platform. Also the more I read about what she did that day, and the fact she has a criminal past, she sounds utterly unhinged and actually dangerous - they should have got rid of her imediately to make a point that they will not stand for this under any circumstances and regardless of who the youtuber is.

He SHOULD have called the cops atleast to have the moment documented in a police report so that he could get a legit harassment TPO or PPO against her and her followers.

It's clear it was a threat/scare tactic. She knew what she was doing, and the excuse of "His address was on google!" from both her AND her sister is promoting that more that folks are actually googling and showing up at his home now. It's absolutely vile behavior and youtube is continuously letting her breach deplatforming TOS rules with just wrist slaps.. (Along with instagram not doing anything either, but sadly folks are more focused on CZcams as she has a bigger platform here.)

Something that should be noted is CZcams have performed similar behaviour in the past. The most prevalent case is it the situation with the Actman. Long story short he was in a similar battle, the guy he critiqued Doxed him and even phoned up his mother, CZcams did nothing (Or pretty much nothing I'm not too sure) but when the Actman made a joke about Doxing random employees on twitter he was immediately banned off the platform.
I would like to know your thoughts on this but personally I believe there is precedent for them taking action as soon as possible, rather than the week and slap on the wrist they seemingly gave her.

He wasn’t banned, but he was demonetized for a month. He said it killed his motivation for a bit. The guy in question who harassed him was later arrested for domestic abuse. Dude has an extensive history of wishing death on or to kill ppl, domestic abuse, harassment, etc. And the reason the entire thing started was cus of his review of Elden ring, which he didn’t play.

My thoughts? CZcams should've kicked her off the platform. Their terms of service clearly state that loss of channel is a result of doxxing someone, regardless of the circumstances. And since it happened off platform, while they may have a bit of legal wiggle room, they still did not obey their own terms. Channel strikes and take downs happen for off-platform things all the time, and there's an incredible list of things that happened already under that umbrella- like Russel's SA accusations that got his entire channel demonitized for example.
Sure, Jacksfilms on the secondary channel may have strayed a little off the beaten path, but Alia went above and beyond to not only disobey terms of service for CZcams and most likely Instagram, but also the california penal code 653.2. You yourself said that all 5 points, from the perspective of an outsider and those involved (aside from Alia cause she's a nutcase), that all 5 points were on the nose. She broke the law in California. That's a little more devastating than violating a terms of service, but it all stacks up along with all of the OTHER crimes Alia is committing and has committed over the years.
She's doxxed other people, she's solicited minors for sexual acts in order to show them naked boobs on Omegle, she's already been arrested twice- once for armed robbery and once for disorderly conduct when literally fighting her ex-husband Sausage. The list goes on and on as more and more people find more and more dirt on Alia.
And generally, unless they're a sssimp for Alia, you find that the reasonable people are on the side of Jacksfilms. Did he go over the line when he made JJJacksfilms and started DAILY criticizing her lack of content or care towards those she was taking from? Maybe. Daily seems a bit too much.
But on the flipside of the coin, going to someone's private home address and posting it for millions of people to see (that can do more than just visit and take a picture, mind you) is arguably a lot more over the top and unnecessary than videos showcasing and critiquing the lack of content while also pointing out that creators weren't getting credit for their stolen content.
Alia broke the law, she broke YT's tos, and should not only be booted off the platform, but also behind BARS for at least 10 years. Sexualization of minors, no matter what context, is described in California Penal Code 288 and 288.4. There are videos floating around of at least two instances where Alia is shown to ask kids to do sexy dances (twerking) or show their own bodies off, and she would show hers in return. This hits all the checkboxes for California's penal code 288 and 288.4, which would land Alia with a fine of up to 10K, anywhere from 16 months to 3 years in prison (two offenses at minimum is 6 years and 20K down the drain), and felony probation after the fact. She would also be forced to sign up as a registered sex offender- or it would be done for her.
There is no universe where SSSniperWhiner wins here. She broke the law on multiple counts, broke multiple tos rules and stipulations, and yet has only gotten a "temporary" slap on the wrist by getting her channels demonitized for a short time.
That's not enough, it's never enough, and @youtube should be ashamed of their lack of proper response.
It shouldn't matter how much money someone makes you- if they disobey the rules, the rules need to be adhered to and followed for what happens next. Not picking and choosing what's right for what situation. The TOS is there for a reason, and should be administered across the board equally w/out favoritism. That's what YT is doing here. Playing Favorites with their little 'golden girl' criminal.

How about "Weerahandi v. Shelesh"? Basically this was a case filled against SniperWolf for Doxing Enigma Hood back in 2016. (Basically, Enigma Hood was a creepy critic of Shelesh, and while most agree that he's a creepy jerk, that doesn't indicate the allegations in his suit.) The case was dismissed on jurisdiction appropriateness claims, but the underlying allegations were not disproven. Personally I think this might strengthen any claims Jack could make against Alia and/or CZcams since both were involved in this case.
(And to make matters worse it involves abuse of the DMCA system as implemented by CZcams.)
I would like it if someone (ahem, Alyte...) would look at this case and analyze if it can be applied to this current situation.
That’s the one where she falsely claimed that she looked him up and he was on a sex offender registry. Her fans hate-bombed his channel. Turns out it was a lie, but his defamation case was thrown out on a technicality, they live in different states and that judge didn’t have jurisdiction. But the damage was done and EnigmaHood and his creepy ass would never revive to make creepy cringe videos again.
I feel like mentioning her history of ARMED robbery before getting to the event of her showing up at his house would have been important to the story.
At 5:25 you say that Lia showed up "after 10 pm". That's half true. It was after 10 pm eastern time, but this took place in california which is three hours behind, so 7 pm local. Source: I was watching the stream when this all went down.
To add to this, Lia filmed the house and then posted it later on and watched it unfold in real time on a live stream. She deleted all that, but it is out there.

I would not be surprised if SniperWolf would paint the picture the other way around, that she was harassed by JacksFilms, which lead to hate comments on her videos, and I'm sure some unhinged people sent her more personalized messages, which could be used in court, I assume.

I can't speak to the legal side of it or the definition of Doxing. That said, in Tech PII does NOT have to be private information, it also covers a LOT of public information. In Tech PII tends to fall under either different Regulations, Laws (mostly non-US laws), and Industry Compliance requirements (non-Govt requirements)
IMO she thought maybe one of her loyal or unhinged followers would SWAT his house after she doxxed him. That could have had horrific consequences.

There is a real argument since she displayed publicly available information, in a manner that anyone could, that she hasn't broken a law. Which sucks.
Again, not defending her. Just noting that generally speaking, it is not illegal to take pictures or film the outdoors of someone's house. Whether or not her actions arise to the levels of stalking depends on the court, but I certainly wouldn't be happy if she did this too me.

You know, I'm not actually sure. From my understanding, her estranged/soon-to-be-ex husband is suing her over the question of how to split the income of the channel moving forward, and that he's arguing that the channel was always his brainchild and that she was just the face of it. If that's the case, it has me wondering about the future of the channel when he's completely out of the picture, even aside from the main income question. I don't know enough to have an understanding how removed he already is, or for how long he's been removed from the channel. But if she's just the face of the channel, without ideas for how to continue evolving it... that could be the real long-term downfall of the channel.

Similar to what the ex president does when he's inspiring others to violence indirectly.
I would also argue him creating an entire channel focused on repetitively making fun of her specifically, trolling, an action which could by him knowingly cause emotional stress to the person he is targeting is also harassment (and arguably defamation for any videos he isn't correct over).
I have a great deal of criticism for her. And liken it to a crime. But I'd be turning too much of a blind eye to say that he wasn't attempting to negatively pressure her with his content in some way that would be a foul offline as well. Of which if these were separate cases would be easier points for people to remember. We have lean because we see as what she did as worse. But you also shouldn't try to indirectly bother someone or what they are doing repeatedly or in an alarming way. He could just as easily have made one video and moved on or took the mocking elements out of it, name included, to make it clear he isn't trying to bother her specifically but is criticizing just the format in how such content is created.
Still don't get it...I understand how the platforms may choose not to follow up any further on this, but what's keeping him from taking her to court over this (presumably)? Also, how does NordVPN doesn't keep a record? It's liable for the connections they make that you're using when using the service. Sure, they may not be responsible for the data that is transmitted, but they are most definately responsible for the connection from their servers that your data is transmitted through (upload) and the connection back (download). EU law for instance demands at least 6 months recordkeeping on the metadata (who connects to who at what point in time) at least, to track down consumers / distributors of chil pornography, amongst other things... 🤔

From what I've gathered she wasn't given a temporary suspension And has continued to upload merrily this whole time unlike Jacksfilms, she was just temporarily demonetized on her main channel on any NEW videos she uploads, but she still earns from her old videos prior to this incident and even though that's barely even a slap on the wrist with a feather she attempted to circumvent this undefined period of demonetisation by uploading old videos of hers to a new channel she has that's not part of her team red or whatever it is called group of channels, which is also an attempt to circumvent her having to pay her business partner Sausage that is equal 50/50 owner of team red, or whatever it's called, which is currently being litigated in court currently due to her allegedly cutting her partner out of brand deals etc.

My daughter is a big SSSniperwolf fan so i've seen a lot of her content. Honestly she has always reminded me of the show "Americas Funniest Home Videos" . The fact that JacksFilms could make a bingo about her videos only tells me that she has a brand to her content.
One thing to note is CZcams has never cared and arguably promoted this behavior. equals three was CZcamss biggest show in 2013 and Ray William Johnson is still creating the same content today.

Even her name is basically copied. Sniper Wolf is a prominent female character from Metal Gear Solid. She took the name, got rid of the space and added two silent Ss (none of which affects pronunciation), and took it for herself.
I have seen another CZcamsr do what I, and others feel, is doxing. She does it a LOT. In fact, she’s done it within the last day or 2 by showing a woman’s face, her CZcams name & her real name, and accused her of doing things that this other CZcamsrs claims she did not do. In fact the 2nd CZcamsr did a LIVE stream and stated that she has the receipts to prove this other doxing CZcamsr is lying about her.
Turns out the CZcamsr who doxed the 2nd CZcamsr? Well she doxed the WRONG PERSON. She showed another woman’s face, gave out info abt the woman’s past arrest records, and NONE of the info was abt the real CZcamsr she was trying to dox. So she doxed the wrong person.
She’s done this b4. She zoomed in on a photo of a vehicle in the yard of Brian Laundry’s parents. During the Gabby Petito case. She had the license plate traced to the owner of that vehicle that was in the Laundry’s yard, and put the woman who owned that vehicle on blast. She put this woman’s name, work place and more info online, to her subscribers and bc of the case being so big, this woman was harassed everywhere. They knew where she loved, where she worked. Her place of employment was harassed. It was awful. The doxer was making out like this person was on Brian Laundry’s side and people were angry at her. Turns out that this doxing CZcamsr mixed up 2 of the numbers or letters on that license plate and was harassing the WRONG PERSON again. The vehicle actually belonged to Brian Laundry’s grandfather.
The only thing that happens to this problematic CZcamsr is nothing. When she realizes she was wrong, only bc the people that don’t like her, and also keep her in check, told her so, she deletes the videos & posts. That’s it. She never gets in trouble. CZcams says she isn’t breaking community standards. Same with fb or IG. I don’t get it!
Oh, another thought. Since u mentioned this. My hubs said CZcams is making $$ off of the problematic CZcamsr but when I mentioned this in a comment abt this CZcamsr, someone replied, stating she doesn’t make enough $$ for that. She doesn’t have millions of subs, but does have hundreds of thousands. What do u think abt that?

It sounds like the only way to get her to stop, is if someone with a HUGE CZcams audience made a video of how she keeps doxxing the wrong people and getting them HARRASSED AND THREATENED FOR NO REASON, and then NEVER facing consequences for it. Then the HUGE CZcams channel should DOX HER so that she can see EXACTLY what it feels like.
I won't be surprised if there is an investigation underway on sssniperwolf but obviously they would have to proceed with caution. But we will see. CZcams may have monetary reasons but the state has issues if they don't pursue.

Taking a photo from the public sidewalk technically speaking is not a crime. There is no expectation of privacy there. How many times does media reporters film outside on the sidewalk and behind them there are the doors and front yards of people.
I love taking photographs when I travel. I have never asked permission. I am on the street where there is no expectation of privacy. what my eyes can see while I am on the PUBLIC sidewalk.

HI, i have a question about section 230. My understanding of it is like you said it makes it difficult for a platform like youtube or instagram to be held liable for what a user like Sniperwolf posts on that platform. But legally is Sniperwolf *just* a user? She gets paid by youtube for posting on youtube. In fact the whole basis of her "punishment" by youtube is youtube essentially temporarily docking her pay. CZcamss own language describes the relationship as a "partnership" So wouldnt that at the very least make her more of a subcontractor if not an outright employee as opposed to just a user of the platform?
She didn't go to his house after 10 pm. It happened at 7 pm (pacific time). I was watching that stream but left shortly before the incident. So then I watched the immediate aftermath in his official discord server.

Shes earning millions stealing others peoples content. Just saying whats going on as the video plays. Jacksfilms channel gamifys this concept, showcasing how common it is that she performs this theft. Pointing out the issues with it, and even pointing out when she genuinely does something well (stating in those cases that she shows she can do better...which is why its frustrating she doesnt). IMO if you can look at this situation and see Jacksfilms as in the wrong, that he deserved it, that he was harassing....then you probably havent been paying attention or are blinded by some sort of prejudice or predisposition. To me its plain and clear that shes abusing her following, abusing the platform, stealing content, stealing money, all while spitting in your face while she blatantly does it all.
There are plenty of things that people could do to "convince" youtube that not taking stronger action against SSSniperwolf was hurting their bottom line more than if they did. They would just have to be the right people. If PewDiePie or Mr. Beast came out and said they were removing all ads from their videos until youtube deplatformed Lia then I guarantee that youtube would have to seriously consider it. If people started taking this to youtube's advertisers, CZcams would have to seriously consider taking harsher action. The problem is the largest creator that has spoken out is JackSepticEye, and yes he is another huge creator and should be thanked for that, but he hasn't made any ultimatum's towards youtube.
The part where you talked about how CZcams operates actually just makes me a little depressed. I think once you hit a point where you are enabling bad actors to commit literal crimes and dodge consequences, for a drop in the monetary bucket of what Google makes, you need to start asking yourself some hard, moral questions.
