Hi I did this for like 20 days, everyday morning. I grew 1cm or 0.5cm lol but thank you so much masumi ❤️ helpful and made me Abit more stretchable ❤️ the reason why I didn't continue is because I gained alot of laziness and not enough time. Good luck to everyone who is doing this stretching:)

@@kkkk___ Hii, youve seemed to pass your growing age but if you try to do it everyday for more than a month, you might grow one cm or so. if youre not a person who likes to exercise you should try the most simple stretches to help you grow, dont let yourself overwork. i also recommend you some outdoor exercises that might help in your growth or make you thin.. like hiking, cycling, playing basketball, playing badminton, skipping and swimming...my genetic is also short but i did grow a few centimeters hahaha.

Day 2: This was still really easy and I wasn’t too sore and I haven’t had any leg pain I’m super happy about it
