STICKERS..
That's a sticky subject. Haha. No, really; There is a limited supply (less than 100 each) and I have not really figured out a good way to sell them yet. Though I will soon be posting info about how you can possibly get some on my Facebook page (see the link above)
Thanks for Watching! - Sport
Love Marty. No matter how many subscribers you get. No matter what sponsors throw there gear at you, you still stick to the DIY. Thank you for that.
My dad had the same issued on his BOAT ! Having enough room just for a couple of 6 packs really piss off his days out on the waters ! He decided to get a pontoon boat and installed some Kegs too And you won't believe the amount of skegs that would want to come aboard now ! He said his life is forever changing now since he saw your video ! 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
I'm originally from palm bay, Fl and now reside in Pennsylvania. your channel has to be so far the best there is. you open a world for me that I miss so dearly and now you're saving me tons of money on therapy. from deep down thank you bro.
It's deja vu all over again. It's certainly satisfying to watch your successes but I have to admit I miss these videos about experimentation and innovation (and a little fishing). This is why I started watching you 4+ years ago and it's a real treat now when you make them.
We always love the artistic touch you put on your creations! Neat stuff!
Thanks Marty for the idea of rigging a skeg. I've decided to do something very similar to my Nucanoe Frontier to help tracking. Your videos are always a joy to watch and I've learned so much from you.
Glad to see you back out on the water Marty especially with your new catch 120. Keep the great kayak videos coming! Almost forgot, you're awesome!
I'm new to kayak fishing and have been watching your videos, they have helped me decide what direction I would like to take my yak as far as mods and such. Thank you for your helpful videos. Keep up the awesome work man.
One Simple Skeg They Dont Want You To See! (Great craftmanship nice work!)
I love all of your videos. You convinced me to get my own fishing kayak and It's a ton of fun to use. Keep up the great work Marty!
You're not a bad guy. I like the way you took something functional, like your skeg, and turned it into a piece of art.
Very creative!
He's cool! His vids are super peaceful. I love the edits. The music, his demeanor, he's just "chill"....for those reasons I subscribed. Must be the life on the water!
Hey Marty you rock! I no longer have a kayak or fish as much as I'd like, but you are my favorite channel...thank you
sweet vid Marty, missed the kayak upgrade vids, n fishing with the upgrades. sweet new fishing rods too, nice!! thanx for sharing n taking the time!!
I started watching your vids over a month ago. You were one of the reasons that made me say I'm getting a kayak. Bought a used kaku wahoo and have taken it out a few times now. This weekend I nailed a 30 and a 31" redfish in it up here in the homosassa area. That justified every dollar I've put into this thing in the last few weeks! Thanks for your inspiration and keep the videos coming man! (Iknowyourebusybutmakemore!!lol)
As soon as I start to forget that you're an artist, you whip out something like that Plexiglas banana leaf. Nice work.
Simple, easy to understand, great attitude about kayaks and fishing, enjoyed you pushing size and use-ability..... best sentiment, pick a kayak that fits your needs... also you talked with us, not down to us. Great useful vid.
I think this is the first of your videos I've seen, and you've made more off-exact-topic statements which are helpful for my kayak decision than a lot of other videos. Thank you.
Also, I've been a fan of small boats as long as I can remember. Now I know about those other Pecian boats, and want one of those, too. If I had a place to store one and a way to haul it, I'd be hard-pressed on my decision of which to get first. But my choice still remains with a kayak.
Marty I moved to a 21 foot boat for the grandson. But for three years now its been 12 foot of pure joy. Honestly, I kept the kayak for him so when he is old enough, he too will paddle for dinner first. But for know, that's my kayak.
I loved the editing in this video. Everything reminded me of old school discovery channel. Even your voice and jokes. I'm subscribing for sure.
Thanks for the video. Been wanting to install a skeg on my kayak and wanted to see your approach. You're awesome
Holy cow, i had no idea a skeg made this much of a difference, i need to do this to mine! Thanks for the great video and info Marty!
Thanks Marty, I bought 2 of those , one for me and one for my wife. I have them both set up for fishing. your videos is what got me interested in kayaking and I cant wait to get on the water. Tight lines!
This is a OCD persons dream DIY video. All you're videos are so neat to and capturing to sit and watch
Man as always great video!!! I learn from you every time I watch your videos!! Tight lines and God bless you brother!!
You are awesome Marty! One of my favorite people on CZcams. I get super excited when I get the notification that zoffinger has a new video! Keep it up man.
Back to fearlessly mod'ing your kayak. That's why I subscribed!
Yah. Still cringe when he puts that 1" hole bit to the brand new kayak. RE: skegs, the banana leaf is crafty but adds a ton of drag. Longer is better. Thinner is better. Think an aluminum street sign.
Also, any part of the skeg above the water line is wasted. In one of the images there's about 6" of skeg above the water line. Only wet skeg does its job.
Cool video. Informative. Fun to watch. Relaxing. Especially during a NW Lower MI snow storm and modestly high wind event. Thanks for sharing!
Nice mellow and relaxing video as always dude. well done
Thanks for sharing my video! I almost went a similar route as you on the skeg, but (for me) found a simpler, more cost effective way. The only drawback I have, is I have to now launch backwards. Anyways, great vid! Always look forward to them.
Nice job Marty by far the best fishermen
Mahalo nui loa, Marty! Cannot WAIT to get my brand new Ascend 10T outfitted with safety gear and fishing stuff and get ONTO the water! This video, as are all of yours, is very helpful :-) Aloha!
You've done a life hack into your kayak now Marty. Nice!
Sweet kayak! I have the bass pro Ascend fs12 sit in kayak and I gotta say I love it! Tracks like a beauty and is very stable for a sit in. I'm a bigger guy, 6'2 245 lbs and it does great!
Great Vid. I had not thought about how useful a skeg is since I normally use a PA-14. My wife and I just bought an ATAK 140 and will now consider adding a skeg to it.
Great DIY video, no foolin' around, all solution and no yak-yak-yak. This is a really clever, simple solution to a skeg. I just bought an older Cobra Tourer, great boat but weathercocks badly in a beam wind. A well balanced, fixed position skeg should be perfect... and yes, you are awesome.
1:05 once you pay for the kayak I truly believe that you don’t have to have any of their stickers to advertise, so I totally agree on putting your own stickers on your property. Awesomeness.
As always love to watch your videos Man you seem like a very cool and laid-back person
Always love your videos man, keep it up!
Marty love your videos I live in Charleston South Carolina and am visiting Tampa to see some family maybe I'll run into you keep up the good work love your videos and I might buy a kayak this summer
nice relaxing and informative videos you make bro! your living a fisherman's dream.
Yet another extremely enjoyable video, and Yes, once again I learned something... Thanks Brother, happiness, good health, and safety to you my friend!
I really want to try kayak fishing. Love watching your vids.
Great to see you in a Kayak Marty. More kayak fishing videos please, x.
hey Marty,
looking good on those 120's
I can't wait to get a few for family and I..
I think you are my Dad's long lost brother! Lol, awesome build, cool to give the info of what works and what does not!
Very good video! I really enjoy your videos, very informative and creative! Thanks!
Not a bad gig you got for yourself, Marty! Keep up the good work
I've been watching your videos for a long time now . Luv the salt life , but live in Cowtown. I don't live anywhere near the coast but I'm going to order a McCain's fishing rod because they chose to support you.
I enjoy your personality as much as I enjoy your kayaking thanks
I want one . I've been watching you for a long time now I'm from Florida to Tampa . I'm in Ohio now only been here for a year and a half but I'm trying to find me a cheap kayak and do the same thing you're doing I never had one before appreciate everything that you've been doing and love you videos
awesome i didnt even knew that the skeg made that big of a difference good to know, keep up the good work zoffinger
been watching your channel since the red poor man's yak if it wasn't for your videos I probably wouldn't have had the courage to put holes in my first kayak . now I have 3 in my living room ...good thing I have a very understanding old lady lol
Great video. I have an Old Town predator that I've always had similar tracking problems in windy situations. I like your idea. I could buy a rudder system for the predator but I didn't want to spend that much. I'm going to try something like you've done.
Great video, Marty! I've been a fan for a long time. Tight lines!
Picked up a catch 120 myself and will be installing a skeg....thanks for the video Marty! WHAT!
the catch 120 is a awesome fishing platform I love mine as always enjoy your videos
Great job and a well done video. I wished I lived in Tampa around all the water. Thanks for the informative video.
Really cool custom built skeg. I like the concept of it, not just a cool shape... Not until recently i just got aware of the use of the skeg on my kayak. Thanks for great videos
What does it do
awesome video, Marty. I will definitely have to make one of these for my kayak
That is one awesome skeg. I loved the backstory too. Stay cool Marty! :-)
A skeg is on my to do list! Enjoying your videos.
dude, you make everything look easy :-)
Video editing on point! Feel like I'm watching an informative show on PBS
Been waiting on this one...thanks!
Ah, nice little Jack... I think that's the first fish I've seen you land even though I watch your vid's a lot here recently. And here you even catch a Sheepsheadt too, and even a Snooklet. . Love the rudder ideal.
Love your videos!! Would love to see more of the fishing ones!!
I have to do this to my kayak, mine does exactly what yours was doing. I end up fishing in weird positions all the time. good content bro! u are awesome for this one
You're cool & awesome, Marty! There, now that I got that out of the way.. :-) This simple, inexpensive idea is just what I have been looking to add to my Pelican Catch 100 that I just ordered! Man, you are genius and a God send for us average kayaker folks! THANK YOU!! :-)
I got the same kayak. I heard i needed to put a skeg on it. Your video was pretty easy to follow. Thanks.
DUDE ! thanks for the inspiration i "zoffinger'd" my 1971 super wide 16 foot jon boat.now i can cruise charlotte harbor :) (live in North Port) complete with bait casting deck, key fob remote anchor, grady white swivel seats and bilge pump.life is good....when your fishin' like ya should....
Always a pleasure to watch. Maybe you could turn your skeg into a rudder with a couple of pulleys. I bought a tin boat off an old timer with a very small homemade continuous string pulley steering that runs to the second seat. Pull string one way or the other to steer.
great video your DIY is quite impressive it inspires me and a lot of my friends thanks keep up the hard work
marty after wathching a bunch of your video i went and bought a eddy gear stingray 13.5 with the rutter absolute love it. so thank you you are my insperation to kayak fishing and go to vidoes
Enjoyable presentation and very useful instruction; good on'ya, mate!
Enjoy the content and the tips Marty. Keep it up.
Hello Marty! Thank you for another awesome video! I've been watching since i can remember and i eagerly await each and every video! We need an official Zoffinger store for the stickers and other merchandise! Im sure a lot of us would buy everything! Keep up the great work and tight lines!

Great video man. Just bought my first fishing kayak. Emotion Stealth Pro 11.8'. Lucky dawg by the way...living on the beautiful water.
I just love your videos. And i love your camra work thanks for the videos :)
your videos are great I just moved to Florida from Virginia after 40 years of working I'll be jumping on the river is here near Sebastian next week
I love the CSX train going over the bridge while you're fishing
Looking to get a kayak great info, stay smooth 👍‼️
New friends here from Trail Trash Outdoors! Been wanting to put a kayak trolly on my Tamarack as well. They do look very usefull. You almost don't have anything to mod on the catch 120 sore is a sweet yak! See you on the water friend🤠🤙
Awesome job. Thanks for the ideas on how to add a skeg.
Man I love your video and I hope to meet you one day
Always enjoy your videos man!!! I came across one of your videos of fishing with shrimp 🍤 and triggered me to get into kayaking. But I would suggest that you could mention to check with your state regulations for the body of water your fishing what their requirements are for a kayak. Over in California (socal)requires a minimum of 10ft and has to be a sit in kayak mainly because the reservoirs out here are all for providing water to the public so they want to minimize the water to become "contaminated" (takes a lot more than somebody exposing their feet in the water 😂). And if there is anybody thinking about kayak fishing...I say do it!!! It's so much fun and for me it's therapy 🤙🏻. Anyways take care and float on 😎
Nice, just got a canoe and been digging your vids. I'm down in Sarasota
Thanks, Marty. Droppin more knowledge and know how on us 😀
Great video Marty as always 👍🏻

Dude, you've been holding out on us, the loyal following. that little orange menehune is a good idea. would be an advantage if you ever had to portage. the decals are pretty cool. will look good on the back of my toy hauler.
Great video ,always enjoy your entertaining videos
Would you recommend a skeg for a 10’ sit inside kayak ? I mostly just use it to cruise and occasionally fish.
Loved the vid so dam excited when I see that you posted a vid, I would so love one of your stickers let me know how I can get a hold of one
Thanks your man
