- Tostones are twice-fried plantain slices commonly found in Latin American cuisine and Caribbean cuisine. For this video, we used Goya brand frozen tostones and prepared them in our air fryer. We layered smoked brisket, pinto beans, homemade salsa and sauces, and much more! If you have never tried tostones before, we've provided a recipe for everything you see in this video. Just scroll down to find the recipe and enjoy!

I just made this on the Weber kettle - WOW !!! The sauces are great !! Martha is the sauce queen. I don't have an air fryer so I sprayed the tostones with olive oil and grilled them on the remaining hot coals from my brisket and they crisped up nicely. I'll be making this again for sure. Thank you for all your wonderful videos and inspiring me to stay with my hobby. Best wishes to you both !!
Where are you Barlow? We miss you and your wonderful brand of barbecue videos. Hope all is well.
We're coming back soon! ♥️
Yummy 😋 thank you for sharing. 👍😊👍 Cheers
Wishing you well, Matt and Martha!
Man that looked good! Put it on the menu in November. BTW, Jack and I always made fun of guys who wore blue shorts on the golf course.
Different story down here in Florida ya Yankee 🩳
Hello Mathew & Martha, that cook sure looked delicious!! I'm hoping that you are okay and had minimal damage from hurricane Ian? Best always, Doug. (Punta Gorda)
Hey Doug!! We made it through the storm ok - minor damage compared to what many others have lost. Hope you are doing well my friend. 🙌 We will be getting back to making videos again soon, just enjoying a short break 😉

Taking a break and then hurricane Ian hit so we've been getting things back in order since then. We are both doing well and open on returning to videos very soon! Thanks for checking in! ♥️
We’ve missed y’alls videos & we’re wondering if everything is ok.
Hey Travis everything is ok - we were taking a break then hurricane Ian hit so we've been getting things back in order from that. Gonna get back to making videos very soon so hang in there! 😉 Thanks for checking in, Merry Christmas!

Hey you guys still cooking?
Did you survive the hurricane?
We survived Ian but have been on a break. Plan on doing new videos once the weather warms up a bit!
