Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Makes enough for about 2 lbs of chicken
Zest of 4 Lemons
1 1/2 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2-1 tsp cayenne pepper
Marinade
juice of 4 lemons (1/2 a cup?)
1/4 cup half n half or yogurt
1/4 cup oil
3 tbsp whole grain mustard
1 egg
Breading
1 1/2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1-2 tbsp fresh rosemary - minced
2 cups plain panko bread crumbs

That looks delicious! I've done chicken cutlets with the Panko bread crumbs in the Fry pan but not in the air fryer. I'll be trying that tomorrow. Air fryer seems healthier. I put my Panko in a zip lock bag and crush them into smaller pieces. I picked that up from an episode of Americas Test Kitchen,
