Hello friends! Today I present to you an amazing recipe that is very easy to prepare. Courgette cream pasta with sea bass and dried tomatoes is a healthy, nutritious and incredibly delicious first course! You can prepare it for lunch or dinner and your family will be happy! No one will be able to resist the unique flavor of this pasta! For this recipe I used mezze sleeves rigate but you can use any other type of pasta you prefer. With a few simple ingredients and in just a few minutes you can make restaurant-quality pasta! - 250 g (9 oz) of pasta
- 4 courgettes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 250 g (9 oz) of sea bass or sea bream
- 6 dried tomatoes
- Salt and pepper

Looks good, am going to try this, but think i will cut the fish into cubes, fry with the skin on, and place it on the pasta rather than mix though the sauce
Looks nice, apart from the fish I would swop out for chicken. He certainly likes his salt and pepper. I would also maybe add some more herbs.
