The baby was stillborn and very young when the mother got into labor. The nurse pulled the babys head (like in any other birth) and it got de-attached. Like... Plastiline. Of course, the baby died and or course, the mother went NUTS because you are not supposed to do that

I think I stopped doing that when I noticed that the outside of the ball was dirty from my grubby, boyhood hands. I also liked iceberg lettuce sandwiches on white bread, with lots of mayo. I outgrew those, too.
I recomend you start again, and try(with yo hands clean) and make a lettuce and mayo filled, buttered, bread ball... Or just a breadball, pb&j are allowed as dessert, too
