    I really love that this is an all mat workout, they’re hard to find! Great for adding on to outdoor cardio like walks/runs. I also really appreciated the non distracting instrumental music, very chill and focused. More like this please! 😁

    Thank you for uploading - can't wait to try this one out. Love the addition of the timers (I usually count beats but going by time is good when I need to concentrate more), the production of your videos just keeps getting better and better.

    What an amazing quick workout! I love the new website so much and the workouts available there are just phenomenal but I’d love to have more workouts available that are short and effective like this one. Most days I don’t have more than 25 min to workout so this was perfect!

    This is a great workout! It's about 30 minutes, hits all your muscles and you feel it afterwards. I'm just getting back into a routine and had to really push myself. I love, love, love that my muscles were shaking like crazy. It's an intense feeling but worth it. This is one I'm incorporating into my weekly routine.

    I've been a follower of Coach Kel for a long time now and developed a stronger body--strong and lean legs especially! I stopped for weeks though due to work and am back at it again. This workout made me sweat a lot and reminded me how good it is to move around with emphasis on control and resistance. Thank you to the best coach on YT!

      @@ED-ms7ho Yes I did. It was a bit challenging and I loved it. Right now I'm in the process of gaining weight because I've lost too much fat on my Chest and gluteals from fitness training two clients, so I'm avoiding workouts that burn too much fat in those parts on my body and this workout has lost of core concentration so it works for me. 😊

      @@ED-ms7ho Floor workouts are better if your upper body is heavier then your lower body. This way you avoid putting too much pressure on your legs. There are so many workouts than can be done sitting and on the ground. All it takes is self motivation to make it happen.

    First time doing an online workout with you and REALLY enjoyed it!
