    This was such a good burnout workout!! Adding weights and the number of repetitions makes it a challenge. I'll be returning to this one often!

    Seeing your adjustment of your arms - one lower on forearm and one still on wrist - WOW. Game changer. I like this exercise far better the way you do it.

    unfortunately, there is no Love button in youtube, but I really love your workouts, such a variety, so different exercises from everywhere else! I know already all your videos and would love to have the paid version too, for first time someone convinces me in a proper way to use the pay version :D You are wonderful
