7,000 Mile Roadtrip in a Civic and Miata - Episode 3

- Last year we drove our Evo 9 MR and STI swapped Subaru Forester from Florida to Alaska. Now, we're going to take another road trip! We've bought a supercharged Miata and Type R swapped Honda Civic to drive from the Florida Keys to Nova Scotia. It's a round trip journey of over 7,000 miles.
We drove our turbo cars from Florida to Alaska. We took our STI drivetrain swapped Subaru Forester and Mitsubishi Evo 9 MR on a journey of over 10,000 miles. This isn't click bait, we actually did it! Or rather, you'll have to watch to find out if we actually made it all the way!

That dude Peter is so optimistic, I love it. He is also right about one thing. On the track in a civic you do have to keep it in vtec to get a quick time but that is fine because that is what they were made for. Also, the shitty aftermarket header cracking is not a Honda issue.
Imagine supercharging your Miata only for it to still be slower than an NA Civic with a split header, shit tires, and a destroyed cat.
Lance Danley that’s only a 1.6 liter as well.
@@That1lowaccord Miata stock has 116 crank hp. The supercharger, if a JRSC, is an M45, which only adds about 40-50 hp. So still 50-60hp less crank hp than the civic. Not exactly fair yet.

Right?? Like you keep putting brand new oil in... oil filter is the only one that has to go lol
just change the filter every 4k miles. I used to do this on my DSM. Never had to change the oil cause it was always fresh LOL
I did this in my rocket bunny frs. The fa20 burned so much oil even while daily driving, I went 28,000 miles without changing more than the filter. Just fill and go! It did blow up in glory though lol

Stock honda headers/downpipes have two attachment points to the motor, aftermarket headers dont and always break.
Cars that burn oil will super heat cats and destroy them.
