Yes, they are scared. Even Stipe looked like "can someone please take the camera from my face?" , when Jones called him out after the fight. They all know Jones has a bad performance here and there, but he was never really beaten. Even with his worst performance against Reyes, he was hunting Reyes down in the end, and Dominick was gassed.
People always said like he lost to Reyes, so he will get beaten by Gane, but I said you cant just look at a bad performance of the guy, where he still was going forward in the end. When Jones has a good day its over, and when he has a bad day he just doesnt look good, but never destroyed by anyone 😂

The last five minutes? Where he talks about USADA? Where he has no clue what he's talking about? I've actually researched drug test and how to beat them and he's blatantly wrong. The sensitivity for those test were getting far too low, to a point where trace samples from unknown origins do start popping up, because believe it or not food isn't made in a germ free clean room and neither are most things. We don't fully understand how chemicals breakdown in the body. There starting to get a grasp of certain things, but there's so much we don't know. Him acting like this stuff is rock solid fully studied well known science is just not true. It's an open field of science in it's very infancy!

If gustafsson trained for the rematch he would’ve held his own much better and maybe even best jones. Aside from Jon’s loss to reyes that was the closest thing to him getting humbled.

It's not hard to go on a winning streak when you are statistically the clear winner before the fight starts. But that doesn't make someone a pound for pound great fighter.

It felt more like Gane shit the bed than anything else. Gane is used to things being all light and friendly and Jone did t give that. Then Gane, who likes being the nice guy, got booed by everyone. The immediate groin shot does he probably was overcome by nerves too, then he goofed by going into range and getting taken down. It's not really a shock Jones submitted him while so fresh.

The only thing I will say is, this outcome is exactly what the UFC needed and wanted to happen. They couldn't just have Francis running around saying he is the best heavyweight. With that type of win, they pretty much got rid of that idea of Francis being the baddest in many people's eyes. I hope Gane was paid well for that fight because he basically kissed his career goodbye...hope it was worth it.
Francis needs to learn to read the room because that comment made him look foolish. His next move better be a damn good one, but he is running out of time to do it...shame . And relying on conmen Luke Fury and Wilder was never a good idea.

The fight looked rigged to me. Gane flopped to the ground during Jones's pathetic "takedown" and let Jones choke him twice. Jones knew he was scripted to win first round, which is why he came in so flabby.
That was the most anti climactic finish to a card I've ever seen. I wonder Gane was injured. There were photos of his hand all swollen looking. Just makes no sense he would give up so easily like that.

Jones has said for his entire career that he outstudies and outworks his opponents. Every single fighter on the roster parties. It’s weird to me how people WANT so badly to give Jon superhuman attributes, especially when he could be a lot more inspirational if they say he’s just a normal big guy with a big drive to win.
