- Ready to get your butt and thighs WORKING?!? Our superhero themed PIIT28 workout series continues with inspiration from one of the toughest (and strongest!) characters ever, Chun-Li from Street Fighter! Today we’re burning fat with this total body workout and kicking away the negativity! Hiyahhh!
Your moves:
1. Shuffle bounce
2. Plié calf raise
3. Front kicks
4. Plié punches
5. Squat side kick right
6. Lunge kicks
7. Squat side kick left
Perform each move for 45 seconds. Rest 15 seconds in between. Repeat the entire series of moves 4 times through for a 28 minute long workout. If you want the entire PIIT28 experience, go to piit28.com!

1st round: oh this is pretty easy
2nd round: *first signs of sweat* wait so I have to do this two more times? Uhhh
3rd round: *heavy breathing, back is shining with sweat* omg just one more then you can go get that ice cream you wanted
4th round: *finishes fourth time, fatigued, feels happy, wobbling over to fan, turns it on, and sits in front of it. Feels better after sweat goes away, then starts yelling into the fan for a robotic voice*
I’m not even joking this is exactly how I thought during this workout. I just finished two minutes ago 😂

The third round is always the hardest in PIIT workouts. The first one is easy, the second is still okay and the fourth is good because you know you are at the end. But the third one is pure hell, you are already tired and the end is still so far away :D

hi Cassie! 2 months ago, I decided to join your first begginers calendar and I felt awesome! And then I decided to take Begginers 2.0 and today was my last day😍 I am feeling sore, but so so so much stronger than 2 months ago. I can do push ups for so long and 2 months ago, I couldn't even do 10 of them! Tomorrow I will do your Exercises to grow taller - Supergirl edition and I am going to really push myself! Also, I am doing your 30 days to splits and I am almost done! I am so proud of myself and I can't wait to do a full split! I am almost there though. Day 25 of the Beginner's Calendar and the first video is complete. This is a great cardio workout for your legs and it got my heart pumping. I only did this once but I was already feeling it by the end of the video. I hope in the future she will have this workout put into a monthly calendar.
Im a teen who has to wear a brace for scoliosis, which means my core is basically being held up for me all day. This leads to weak and deteriorating muscles. I had a physical therapist who gave me a bunch of exercises, and none of them really worked for me. I found your videos one day, and they have really helped me increase my strength and ability... plus they’re really fun and challenging. They make me enjoy fitness, which I previously hated because I thought it was something I couldn’t do or didn’t want to do because it made me feel like I was weaker than everybody else. Thank you so much. You reach all kinds of people on all different journeys.

I just did this four times, and I was just breezing through, it was pretty easy for me. And I remember that I had done this workout four times a while back, but I just thought that when I had done this in the past, it had also been easy. But as I was scrolling through the comments, I saw my old comment, and it was saying how I was so proud that I had finished this four times, but it was so hard!! And that was four months ago... I’ve gotten so much stronger since then because I just completed this in a BREEZE 😂
Here from day 13 of the #2020challenge and WOW. This was amazing. I love that you can do it over and over and it's a full workout. I only did it once because I've been doing other workouts, so I'm pretty tired. But I'm going to save this video and come back to it again later. 💪🏻

This is a sneaky cardio surprise, that's for sure. All the move are done at a steady pace & low impact, yet my heart rate stays high & I get hella sweaty. I love how apartment friendly this is because I just needed a late-night workout after not eating great this weekend & doing this workout 4x made me feel so much better.
