Low Impact Total Body Workout | Apartment Friendly Exercises Inspired by Catwoman

- Looking for the puuuurfect total body workout to target your arms, abs, obliques, AND booty?? Well, you’ve come to the right place! Today we’re finishing out our superhero themed PIIT28 workout series with Catwoman! This total body workout is a great low impact routine that's gonna have you FELINE fiiiiine!! These moves will help stretch you out AND strengthen all at once. So let's get it!!
Your moves:
1. Dancing dog
2. Down dog butt lift right
3. Down dog butt lift left
4. Hip twists
5. Oil riggers right
6. Oil riggers left
7. Plank
Perform each move for 45 seconds. Rest 15 seconds in between. Repeat the entire series of moves 4 times through for a 28 minute long workout. If you want the entire PIIT28 experience, go to piit28.com!

This workout helped me realize that it doesn't take forever to get back into the swing of working out! I am on day 9 of the beginner calendar and I feel like the workouts are becoming less physically painful and more of something I can push through with the right mindset.

- Take advantage of working out your shoulders and arms.
- You can do this without any breaks! But if you need to take a break, go on ahead. But try to challenge yourself!
- Keep your legs straight, you struggled a little with that today.

I love dancing dog because it always cracks my lower back. Also, this workout reminds me of the beautiful body pilates workout. It made me feel refreshed instead of feeling like crap afterwards.

God i am unable to do oil riggers as i should but i have the motivation to get my noodle arms stronger with your arms challenge on the app. Thanks Cassey to showing and encouraging me that i can always better myself and feel better!
This is the perfect workout for having been sick all week last week! Low impact but intense! I was a Zombie friday, Morticia on Saturday, and I'm going to be Wednesday at work on Halloween!
This is my favorite series and I never want it to end. I love having a PIIT day each week.

Day 24 of the beginner’s calendar and it’s the first day I’ve been able to realize how much stronger I am! Before I never would’ve been able to hold a plank for that long after those exercises without dying, but it barely burned!!
When it's a lower body workout but in actuality it's an arm workout. lol!! Still loved it, and finished it all without stopping.

I keep coming back to this PIIT28 series when I know I need a good total body burn that also sculpts muscle but dont know what to do. I would love to see another PIIT28 series on youtube. I have the PIIT Pocket app (LOVE IT!) but sometimes the abundance of choices to customize gets overwhelming, sometimes its great to go back to a follow along video such as these to give that thinking mind a break and trust your trainer :) I love to mix my PIIT28 days with basic weight training and pilates. Thanks Cassey for being our personal trainer and making fitness fun, positive, and accessible to all of our various resources!

I love the superhero series so much. I love that they are PIIT 28 style but also apartment friendly. I have a bad knee & live in a top floor apartment so I can't do a lot of jumping. These really are deceptive because they seem like they won't be that bad but then by the end I'm dying. Saving the whole playlist so I can do it regularly!
This is so tricky for me! I had to drop down to the knees for both the twists and the plank at the end! Still feeling proud of myself!
I have been doing all of the superhero workouts Monday to Friday for three weeks now and there has been a tremendous difference! Overall more toned! I also run at weekends :) I would highly recommend!

Favorite new thing to do with these awesome PIIT workouts. Instead of resting between each round, hop on a spin bike or treadmill for 7 mins between each video! Did it with all of the new October PIIT videos! It is death but it feels so good when its all over!
