- This is an apartment friendly workout that will not bother your downstairs neighbors! No jumping! Also...I like getting in my cardio without having to feel like I'm dragging my feet on a run. I love when I can pair exercising with music so I'm not thinking about reps or distance...I'm just having fun! And then the sweat and the fat burn just happens! So today, I am introducing to you "CARDIO BEAT"! Cardio moves done to the beat of the music that you can do right at home. This is something totally new so please let me know in the comments how you honestly feel about it and if you want more.

I feel like Cassey is the only fitness person who can make me do a workout even when I don't feel like it. I tell myself, at least do one today and then I end up doing all of the workouts. So thank you Cassey for making fitness fun for someone who hates working out.

Day 4 of beginners calendar and there's still many moves I really can't do at all but I genuinely feel like I last a little longer than I did the past days so baby steps! It really does help that you're so encouraging every step of the way. I've never done any fitness before cause I just can't stick to it, but I have a feeling this time it'll be able to complete it.
One year later and I’m doing this and feel the same way. I’m happy to know there’s others that feel the same!

I actually generally enjoyed this so much and I also loved that there wasn’t a single plank variation in there.
I've been doing this routine everyday since my quarantine started and I'm very slow at getting moves and have a non-flexible body and I've always thought I hated perky trainers but it's like kimmy schimidt is telling me to do things, I've gotten much better at it with time and she makes me happy even if working out really makes me sad and self-conscious.
Same, a friend who I used to hate everything together with turned me onto Cassie when she started to work on her own health. I find Cassie a good positive motivator even when I'm yelling at my laptop like 'HOW TF ARE YOU DOING THIS, WHY DO YOU HATE ME' lol somehow she keeps me calm despite disliking both the workout and overly positive energies that usually wear me out, maybe that's why her workout work so well on me, they challenge me mentally and physically to let positivity into my life. Thanks Cassie!

I've been sick for a very long time (auto immune disease) and have only just gotten back into going to the gym, I was sitting on my bed just watching videos in my subscription and once this came on I just got straight up and started doing it!

I was sick this entire summer , and I couldn't WO for such a long time , now that I straded school , I MUST study 6 days out of 7 , so I can't find any time to workout , when I have some time I'm so happy because that means I can WO

I gotta say, I'm not a fan at all of indoor workouts, least of all workouts you can find on You Tube, but I'm living abroad and my options are limited. But I was pleasantly surprised by this. I felt like I'd actually accomplished something afterward, and it wasn't a drag/too cheesy to get through. It has a good flow, and your encouragement feels natural. Will come back again. Thank you!

Dear Future Grass, this video is PLENTY OF FUN! It's a great way to get in some cardio. I don't typically like cardio except for dance and maybe jump rope and because this video is dance-inspired, it totally worked for me.
Tip: prepare for sweat and have some water nearby. You'll also need a lot of space for this video.

Cardio day is the day I dread the most and I have to be honest when cassey said “I’m gonna make cardio fun” I did NOT believe her but boy was I wrong!! I never had so much fun doing cardio…I actually smiled during most of it! Who am I?! lol I’m exhausted but so satisfied…can’t wait to feel the burn tomorrow 😩

If you want more cardio with jumping around, search for low-impact cardio! It has no jumping, but is still really great cardio!

This was so fun! 1st of August anyone? Please do more of these!! I was smiling and sweating the whole way through. I honestly don't love working out that much and not many workouts can get me out of bed but I did this one 2 times in a row cause I loved it so much!!💕
If I’m being honest this is probably my 10th round of the beginning calendar (every few months I’ll get about 1-7 days in and give up) but this is the first time around I’ve actually been able to get through every video with minima breaks and be semi-consistent with working out. This is a HIGE step for me. So if you’re lacking motivation, don’t worry. I’ve been there PLENTY of times. But don’t be too hard on yourself, work out for the right reasons (health), and trust that one day it will get better. One thing I’ve learned is to have a ton of patience with myself, and you guys should too

I was not in the mood to do any kind of workout this morning. Put such minimal effort in my warmup. But then one minute into this and I was smiling. Gotta love Cassie's enthusiasm. It's infectious.

Day 4 of beginners calendar, and I thought that I wouldn't be able to get through. I did rest for a second once or twice, but this video structure was much more enjoyable because it's constant motion and fairly simply (but LONG) exercises. I was SO happy when she reached the end and said, "You did it!" Cassie, unlike many other fitness CZcamsrs, is positive and encouraging. Today felt really good!

I had been working out with Blogilates for almost 2 years before I stopped. I just went on a vacation and couldn't control the meals (it was a summer camp). I was active there, but when I came back home, everyone was telling me that I gained weight. It's still a mystery to me, I was eating fruit whenever I could (breakfasts), they didn't really give us hamburgers or anything like that and we were hiking almost every day. Instead of trying to get back to shape, I started eating more, got depressed and then basically fat. After a year, I'm trying to change my life. I feel so much better. Thank you, Cassey, for helping us all. I get bored really easily, but your videos just make me want to workout more. Sorry for any mistakes, have a great day :)
Just came across this video and I'm so glad that I had! I'm a 15-year-old girl who has been struggling to lose weight for quite some time now, and with this video/channel, I've been able to reach towards my goal! 10 pounds down and feeling happier than ever, can't wait to continue my journey!

i did this last week and nearly died LOL i had to stop and let my legs rest a few times, but this week i did it and was able to go through the whole thing with no issue. its amazing to see growth!!!

I love this routine. We just added a new little one to our family, and I often like to start with the beginner's calendar when baby is a few months old to ease back in to Blogilates after a pregnancy. I always start feeling excited when I get to this video!!

3/1/17 - Had a binging/stress eating session, felt terrible, but i've definitely improved since before I started blogilates, and it felt really good to see how much I've improved with my fitness; im normally dying when i do these and end up as a crying blob but today i completed the videos so far :)
