- To be honest, I wrote out this workout before trying it and OMG guys I was DYING!!! My butt and my hamstrings were on fire and I could barely move! All from drawing shapes with my booty!
Today we’re going to draw 4 different shapes with our butts: triangle, circle, U, and I. All these different motions will force our entire backside to be challenged. Now do this with me...can you make it through without stopping?

Oh my god I relate. At a point I just gave up and started JUST moving them anyway. Like in a galaxy shape or something. JUST movement was all I could do..LOL

Yesterday I found this video again and it almost made me cry while working out. 6 years ago when Cassey published this workout, I was experiencing one of the toughest moments in my life, trying intense fasting + keto while having severe insomnia and a lot of trouble in my personal life. I was a 21 YO female and I was far from being overweight.
I remember trying to follow the workout and swearing at myself for not being able to endure the moves, I was obsessed with my looks more than my strength and resilience.
Now that I’m much healthier I can say my butt never looked any beter, I have put on some weight but now I can go through this whole video without stoping and my glutes are MUCH firmer.
Really guys, just love your body and it will find its way to love you back. 🤗
It works!! I started this workout in September 10th 2019, it’s December 1st 2019, I’ve lost almost 2 sizes around my butt!!! Celulitis almost gone, I’m starting to add ankle weights to harden the area 🍑 I’m very happy... I started this type of exercise because I had a knee injury that won’t allow me to do high intensity training or cardio. I finally found something that works and my knee doesn’t hurt!! Good luck! 👍🏽🍀

On the 7-day ab challenge I could just burn through it, it wasn’t easy but I could convince myself to do the whole calendar workout the entire week. But this. THIS. It just isn’t possible for me to do several glute days after each other, when I’m starting a new day and a new workout I’m still fatigued from the previous day and I just can’t perform any of the moves correctly and it’s so frustrating 😕 If anyone is able to do the full calendar this week you my friend are a true beast 🌟
For me it's the other way around!
I've been doing both and they both burn. For me personally this is easier. I think it's easier because the cardio is less awful and I enjoy working my butt mors. (I literally dreaded and hated the cardio ab workout with some real passion...)
Try eating more protien and getting a lot of rest. I always feel super sore afterwards, but after eating some protein and sleeping at night I feel better. Hope that helps 😊

@@felicityengel8812 Hey girl. It's generally advised to train glutes 2-3 times a week - your muscles need time to heal. Progress depends on each person but it won't take too long as long as you push yourself each time!

Sometimes I feel like Cassey is just pretending to be sore from the workout, but definitely not this one!! It was a killer, but really good at the same time!
Every time this workout comes up in the calendar it’s a little easier to do! I’m so glad I’m getting stronger!
It's such a good feeling to actually feel progress in strength! I remember when I first started her workouts I got sore after all of them! Now I rarely get sore!

theFitty well it was really really really hard. 1st leg was manageable then I seriously lost when it was time for the other leg. I was dying! My butt was on 🔥🔥🔥. My whole leg was sore for the next 2days and I ended up resting!😴

21st July 2020 DONE!! I DIDN'T STOP OR GO INTO THE MODIFICATION ONCE!! My butt is literally vibrating because its shaking so hard and walking is difficult but I'm so proud of myself!!
Im about to do it to finish the 21st july, but I must say Im kinda afraid to start , the moves look intense but thats why we are here right. Lets kick some ass.

Since nobody is going to do the every day update thing I will:
Day 1: I’m dead. My body was trembling. Right now I see no difference but will continue!
Day 2: My booty and thighs are on fire, I can sort of see a difference.
Day 3: I didnt pause at all! Im seeing differences already :)
Day 4: It’s not hard anymore but it hurts, maybe a tiny difference can’t tell.
Omg had to pause because after the other workouts this felt heavier

So I was doing the same kinda workout for 3-4 months and in the beginning I saw so many results but yesterday I was spiraling and I suddenly stopped feeling good about myself and I had a breakdown and sobbed. But then I figured I just needed to change my routine and switch it up with a more extreme level (bc I guess the old one was getting “easy”) and I tried some of your videos (including this one) today and I feel so much better! I feel the burn again and I was laughing throughout the whole video bc I felt miserable of the pain but the fact that you kept saying to keep going made me smile :) thank you!!! ❤️

usually I go straight into the new video, but whenever it's a butt workout I'm like "Oy, lemme see what the moves are" seriously just saying "Triangle, Circle, and U" I knew what they would be & then you were like "One song " per side and I'm like "I. Am. Going. to be so sore" O__O It is currently pulsing. I'll be stretching pigeon pose for like 10 minutes each side now
I had tried many butt workouts but this one is just another level! Super intense, I sweared a lot at first time. After few times though it's still very intense but feels very good after, just concentrate on the moves and you can get through it like a champ. Thanks, Cassey, for great workout! Xoxo

i can usually get through all other workouts (arms, legs, abs, cardio, etc) without stopping or only stopping a few times... but i can never get through these without stopping like 75 times
I stopped doing my project for this.....so painful but fun
