Dont hit a dear
0:15 that’s not a near miss. A near miss means it almost missed
6:24 Literally zero survival instinct
"left me no time to avoid the collison" that so bs 😂
@@FeralDaniel they're slow af 😂😂😂
3:58 All we can see from the footage is that you were in the emergency lane, you seem to aggressively pull into the lane to re-merge with traffic but then pull back out for an unknown reason and then you are hit. I can only surmise that you were in the wrong from the footage as there no legal basis of driving down the emergency lane only to re-merge with traffic. Keep in mind every insurance company has an underwriting clause in their contract that if you are engaged in any illegal activity at the time of the loss, they are no longer assuming financial responsibility. With that in mind and the lack of context, looks like you were in the wrong.
100% agreed
Driving like that and in a Porsche cayenne, definitely the worst kind of people drive those cars
@@chriswilbur1356 Says the guy that can't read... That must be why you don't have a Porsche.
@@cal5444 I'm agreeing with you on the fact that the cammer is in the wrong and likely won't get anything from insurance while also adding on my lived experience that Cayenne drivers are just as awful as Altima drivers, on the road and in person
@@chriswilbur1356 Your comment implies you think the cammer is the one driving the Porsche. Cammer was in fact driving the silver Chevy. That was the point of my sarcasm.
6:21 - You likely weren't going to completely avoid that crash but you certainly wouldn't have hit full speed if you were paying attention. You had 3-4 car lengths to react and did nothing.
Im urked so much seeing such a shit response when they had PLENTY of time to avoid collision.
@@johnr.9094 * irked. Me too. "I couldn't avoid collision." Wrong. After crash, four seconds elapsed, then cars on right started appearing. Cammer had plenty of time to swerve to the right, completely avoid accident.
@@tarico4436 I kept waiting for them to veer right, ...yeah, cammer not paying attention.
@@tarico4436It can be either irk or urk by the way. Like humor and humour.
And yeah the car already on the right had room as well, then again I dont put faith on others to use their mirrors as intended.
@@johnr.9094 Sometimes you just don't have the time to check mirrors, can't avoid a collision. But this cammer had time, said s/he didn't have time. I hate to rub someone's nose in it; car accidents are the worst.
6:28 “left me no time to react” you saw the car infront break, use their signal and a car infront of you for 4 seconds and not a single one of those seconds did you apply the brakes lol
Yeah, and it looked like the right lane was clear. Had plenty of time by highway standards and had an escape lane. Didn't see the front dip either, so he certainly didn't mash the brakes either.
But lesson: If you see cars breaking, even in other lanes, there's probably a reason for it.
Besides, their following distance was way too short.
@@baksatibi for their speed yes it was very short. They made no effort to brake or swerve or anything they just stayed the exact same
@@gamerk316 yeah it looks clear but we can’t see their mirror so we can’t 100% say for sure but the best possible thing they could’ve done would’ve atleast braked or maybe the left side since the car infront swapped lanes on short notice it’d be safer to assume the left lane is safer than the right but it cut too short to make a definitive answer yfm
@@gamerk316I rewatched it back and yeah you are right it looks very open since it took a while til a car showed up. He had so many options to do he had to have been distracted or just had the world slowest reaction speed lol
"Yeah you gotta be careful."
He is a much better person than me, I'll just say that.
7:32 "man walks out in front of my car" my dude you were like five car lengths away and made no attempt to slow down...
8:10 looks like cammer forgot to check mirrors and started running the suv off the road. also left lane is for passing not cruising. doesn’t justify a brake check though.
wouldn’t be surprised if cammer purposely removed audio because they got majorly honked at by suv
3:45 cammer is already on the shoulder when clip starts? you might be at fault amardno..
I kinda feel the same way, cammer did come off the shoulder, but is partway in the lane for a few seconds, and then is stopped for 2 or three seconds before the impact. I think they may share some fault for this.
This video gets the "Both Are Assholes" award. The Porsche doesnt leave a gap making merging impossible. The cammer decided to enter the lane when it wasnt clear. Both are traffic violations in most areas.
@@Tomcatt817 also he shows a damaged left front fender, but he was definitely hit somewhere on the right rear side of the car.
Just because you have your blinker on does not mean you have the right of way. It is a notifying request to change lanes and to wait until you have the room, ...not a "hey, I'm coming buddy, watch out" move. It appears the video intro was shortened to possibly give the illusion they are somehow right. It was stop and go traffic, cammer at fault.
@@Normandy1944 I do agree that the merging car has the duty of care. It also appears they try to pull back. My question is how long from when they entered the lane until the actual collision. The car that hit them does not seem to be paying any attention at all.
6:23 There's a typo in the captioning. It reads "left me no time to avoid the collision." but it should be "left me no time to put down my coffee and hang up my cell phone before I rammed into them at full speed without ever touching my brakes." There. Fixed it. 🤣🤣
@6:24 when that van in front of the cammer slowed down, he needed to slow down too.
1:35 near fear unlocked. getting stuck behind an accident in a two lane tunnel
The driver's simple yet entirely suitable reaction succinctly encapsulates the moment.
6:45 - I hate it when those sneaky concrete filled steel poles jump out in front of you like that.
They can strike at any time!
1:25 cammer needs to buy a lottery ticket lol
lmfao fr
I know. They HAD to be thinking "how the heck did I not get hit?"
That happened to me the other day !!!! But the car that swerved didn't get hit and I ACTUALLY GOT IT ON VIDEOOO
8:08 with how quickly they came in to view despite not traveling much faster than you, it does not look like they were trying to pass, more like you forced them on to the shoulder. That is probably why they were so pissed. Does not justify a brake check, but it make it understandable why it happened.
I was thinking the same thing. The guy is camping in the passing lane so people need to go around him and wonders why people are mad at him. . . .SMH.
right? dude was literally in the middle of the lanes at one point.
I'm not a truck driver so i cant fully understand the dinamic. But i have a simple policy for situations like this: you brake check me ? Upsy, my foot slipped and pushed the gas on full steam
former truck driver here- that’s exactly what happened. You can even see the trucker drift back left when he realizes that he has forced the other driver onto the shoulder. The SUV driver would have to be going 150+ mph and slam on the brakes right before entering view for them to be where they were if they were simply “passing on the shoulder”.
I'd say it's not the smartest thing to have things non-secured in the cabin. Especially when you like camping in the left lane and therefore seem to be inviting some brake-checkers to play.
6:36 "No time to avoid the collision" except for the several years to do so.
4:12 aw shucks is the silliest response lmao.
I love how no one ever uses mild or moderate language in these... it's always either full-on cursing like a sailor, or the occasional G-rated euphemism 😂
If you ever start to think your job is pointless, just remember that somewhere in Germany there's a guy whose job it is to install turn signals on BMWs.
Most underrated comment so far this year.
Funny story, that car was using a turn signal. Not even relative to the clip at all.
Wow, what an original joke. You should send that in some places.
@@jessicabecause3717 - yes
@@ThereAreNoHandlesLeft - It's actually not original at all. You see, some stuff you might see on the internet from time to time can be repeated.
6:49 Those are the communal Harbor Freight jackstands. They're guaranteed not to fall on anyone.
6:25 LOL that's your fault homie.
1:10 I did enjoy the caption "It's impossible for BMW's to use turn signals" under a clip of a BMW with it's turn signal on. Am I missing something?
No, everyone else missed something. And it was a right turn signal anyway. Joke is so old and over done that they just throw in any time they see one.
5:45
People don’t stop for gates at railway crossings either… 🥸
Also that would be a hazard with all the emergency vehicles.
6:36 yeah "no time to avoid the collision" is crazy. you had several seconds to realize that something was happening, slow down, and/or move out of the way.
6:55 That's an actual piece of art.
6:24 no i think he had time, sorry really i have to blame that one on broken reflexes, heck even the car on the left that chose to swerve away should have been the caution sigal to move out of the way
5:14 this gray SUV is the embodiment of "no thoughts, head empty"
6:35 Yea that exit lane that takes you off and around the traffic, with an on ramp not 800ft from getting on the service road was totally not an option.
6:22. Cammer says s/he was left with no time to avoid collision. According to the footage, no one was on cammer's right, cammer could have swerved to the right, avoided a lot of heartache. I KNOW IT'S EASY FOR ME TO MONDAY MORNING QUARTERBACK THESE THINGS. PERHAPS CAMMER LOCKED ON TO WHAT WAS IN FRONT, HAD TIME TO BRAKE, BUT DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO LOOK IN MIRROR TO SEE IF SAFE TO GET OVER TO THE RIGHT.
3:45 Cammer was no doubt using the shoulder to skip through traffic, found what they thought was an opening, and BOOM, found out it wasn't an opening. Doofus.
8:08 Idiot trucker hogging the left lane. When they go to finally move over, they don't check their mirrors. "Mirrors, what are mirrors?"
6:33 "Unfortunately it left me no time to avoid the collision." Also known as following too closely.
It wasn't even that close of a following distance, but cammer's foot somehow managed to be even further from the brake - and their hands, further still from the wheel. Deer-in-headlights type response.
0:42 The usual suspect driving the most fitting car, the Nissan Atlima.
😂😂😂😂 it’s always them or Prius drivers!
7:05 Double Decker Van...
6:11 Definitely the guy on the far left. It was the other drivers turn to go. Especially cuz they were waiting longer than he was
01:26 The cammer should buy a lottery ticket, lol.
6:25 Yeah no, um, stop tailgating and looking at your phone.
5:12 "people drive like there are no laws or rules of the road in parking lots"...... yeah..... because in 90% of situations, that's exactly the case. Parking lots are private property. Actual police officers typically can't do anything about "breaking the rules of the road" when they're not technically on a "road", unless the property owner allows them to enforce it, which I feel like the majority of don't bother dealing with. Something happens in the parking lot? It's between the people it happened between. Having a dashcam will help. I hate it, too, and drive as one would expect to drive in an area where foot traffic is expected. Fact is the majority of people only care about two things. Themselves, and getting where they need to go as "quickly" as possible, even if something they do won't ACTUALLY get them there any faster.
Honestly, I thought it was a pretty lame clip to upload too. Out of all things, it's extremely underwhelming. Should the car have actually been using the actual paths meant for driving? Sure, but it's such small potatoes for the cammer to get their panties in such a twist over it. The car wasn't even going *that* fast. Out of all the things that happen on the road, just seems silly for the cammer to get so worked up over it.
Whoever thought that "Who'se" is a thing should be instantly found at fault.
@5:15 "What the f*** you doing?"
If the person running this channel ever renames it... there's your new name right there. Because that's what the viewers are asking the offending drivers during 95% of these clips 😆
Ill say it again here just to be sure you see it
I originally took for granted your style of video. But looking at othere im back here realizing hey this is a very good content setup
1. Respectful of others videos (you removed one clip when informed you had false permission on some age old video)
2. You get commentary that is actually useful most times (not all times)
3. Its not all crashes and rarely horrific ones. Only by seeing a channel with more severe crashes and more crashes in said video do i realize how good it is that yours are less severe and have inbetween all these minor incidents
4. The minor incidents! Just as simple as not properly yeilding or what such is actually pretty nice. Hell that helped me realize what i did wrong one time that got me honked at (i am a newish driver [like 2 years now] that doesnt drive often). Besides the show of smaller incidents being helpful, its (again) like a refresher between bigger things.
5. Credit. Thats fuckin awesome to do.
I actually like specifically your content. And compared to others, enough to decide to make this comment.
3:35 looks like the passenger got ejected out of the passenger side and then their own vehicle ran them over
That's my clip and yes the rear passenger was ejected. Never found out what injuries they had.
WHAT HAPPENED AT THE END??!?!?!!! What a cliffhanger
4:11 A moment of silence for the poor stop sign please.
Why did we cut off that last one? I wanted to see what happened
Cammer probably got his butt kicked
I'm curious what happened in the last clip where the brake checker got out of the car.
As many videos as there are to get mad at, why did I get the most mad at the person who spelled it "who'se"? 😂
Road chaos! Drive safely, stay alert.
Shocking to see so much road rage in one video. It’s time we all took a step back and evaluated our driving behavior.
3:55 everyone can see you're in the wrong, by the looks of it either trying to overtake in the emergency lane or in there by accident then trying to force your way back into the queue
7:40 Took me a sec to realize why they were freaking out. People jaywalk like this all the time where I live and don't usually get honked at from what I've seen.
If you "were left with no time to react", you were following too close.
8:15 While brake checking is dangerous and absolutely childish, I am guessing by the timing, that the truck driving cammer's lane changed forced the SUV on to the shoulder. The SUV driver was probably pissed, but brake checking was just as dangerous... and intentional (which I think makes it worse).
8:00 now I’m not saying they’re right. But I understand. Camping the left lane move over
Semis have the right of way in staying in the left lane in some states. But he was in both lanes being a straight douche bag.
7:18 = Buffalo NY. Almost died on those "S" turns on my motorcycle!
2:47 at least is was a kia
I want to know why the vehicle at 3:43 was even on the shoulder in the first place? It seemed like they got hit trying to merge back into the bumper-to-bumper traffic.
"Everybody was fine except for the dude with the CONCUSSION."
6:10 that was the fault of the car coming from the left. A flashing red functions as a 4-way stop. The car going straight came to a full stop and yielded to the silver SUV before proceeding. The turning one just blew straight through.
I like how Armadno thinks we don't need any context for why he's suddenly pulling off the shoulder, gets hit, and might not be at fault
3:56 Who's at fault? What the hell are you driving on the shoulder for?
8:00 The cop wasn't a regular cop. In NYC the "Sheriff' only deals with civil cases such as foreclosures and car auctions. They do not do standard law enforcement.
1:25 black car was cut off by pickup truck, tried to avoid truck, clipped the truck and lost control.
Yes It dosen't look like the pickup had the right margins to change lane, especially at that speed.
But what is curious is what is dropped behind the pickup truck.
Also the Sedan and any other good drives can defend against this by maintaing proper distance from the cars infront of them.
Following distance is something you allways need to nurture.
6:13
Who’se
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Looks like trucker was hogging the left lane but like... Why on earth would you break check a truck?! If he hits you you're dead!!!
Hehe I love this stuff it makes me WAYYY more aware of car crimes and how to know that they did it :D
1:56 - You've got two massive trucks driving down a road clearly not designed for vehicles of that width. Pickups have gotten way, way too big.
The "Green Light Right of Way" is in Buffalo NY @ Delaware Ave & Forest Ave.
By the cemetery
At 3:10 that very slow impact with no lateral movement could not have caused those deep horizontal gouges in that license plate.
@ 8:10: Get the hell out of the passing lane and stop swerving. You are lucky you only got brake checked.
4:06 Bro painted his badge without de-badging it first and didn't clean up the excess paint. Disgusting. But also fitting for someone driving an reskinned PT Cruiser.
Hey now, that's a Cobalt reskinned _as_ a PT Cruiser.
3:32 - was that a person or part of the broken car rolling in front?
That was a person yep, if you watch right after the the car stops 3:38 you can see a person lift their head
3:55 Who's at fault?! Lol. The cammer is at fault - what the heck are they doing on the shoulder with aggressive acceleration over the line!
1:02 First time I've ever recognized a location! Heading west on 32/38/Conner St. in downtown Noblesville, IN. Been by there countless times. And yeah, lots of Beemers in the area not using turn signals...
1:18 Cammer was extremely lucky, considering almost every other surrounding car got hit.
1:34 Not sure I've ever heard a crash in a tunnel before
This is why you're not allowed in some states for spring break.
Also, you're spring breaking while you're 80k+ in the hole?
@3:45 What in the world is going on here?
6:40 you had all the time in the world to avoid that. Steer first, then brake.
Rip stop sign (4:16)
8:10 Selective editing? Show us the whole video and not where you're suddenly a victim.
That 670/315 split in Columbus is rough. There are a total of 3 people in that city that deserve a license. Surprised it wasn't on 270 or the 70/71 split.
Gonzo6389, another truck in the left lane, getting passed by everyone on the right and is trying to play the victim.
6:10 Not really hard to figure out who drove out of turn. Who asks these questions? Lol
6:23 you literally had three full seconds and no traffic to the right and just gave up.
That was closer to just over 1 second following distance.
Also remember reaction time takes like 0.8 seconds.
There's a reason I have both front and back dashcams. 😏
7:50 maybe there was a prisoner in the car. they cant take any calls or chase anybody with someone in the car already
4:08 both cars are gray
7:44 Obviously tried to make the yellow but didn't. Had he stopped he could have caused a multi-vehicle wreck by sliding in to the intersection so simply good decision making compensating for poor judgement.
Ultimately he only broke a rule, not a law, and no harm was caused so no reason to be pulled over unless it happened again the next day because at that point he just needs to slow down a little.
Why is it always Dallas?!😮💨😅
8:00 the "police" didn't care because it wasn't the police, it was a sheriff. At least where I am a sheriff does not have the same responsibilities or authority as a cop. So no they wouldn't care because they can give you a ticket if they did care.
06:32 There was plenty of time to avoid that crash
6:12 Don't you have any traffic signs that regulate the right of way when the traffic lights are not working?
8:16 I think you cut him off.
6:25 Why are stupid questions asked? The fool that ran a flashing red.
5:16 there are no road laws in a privately owned parking lot.
0:00 At least somebody knows how to pass a self-propelling obstacle!
Should of reported that patrol car.
I'm guessing 2:04 is in San Pedro.
6:22 Didn't look like full freeway speed (maybe 50 mph?). The old school 2-second rule would have barely given the safe following distance to be able to stop for this one, but it needs to be solid 2- seconds. It's not enough time when the car in front of you moves over to reveal a "brick wall" (stopped car) right in front of you. He was maybe120' behind that minivan that was blocking his view. At 50 MPH you really need about 200' for reaction time and full force braking to a stop.
6:21 that was JUST over 1 second following distance. 2 would probably saved you 3. you probably wouldn't have to break.
6:26 yeah, you totally had “no time” to avoid the collision. use your mirrors next time, and pay better attention too 🙄
Driver at ~1:15 didn’t appear to have his lights on. Person turning right on red couldn’t see him!
1:02 Driver is listening to Lord of the Rings audio book, of all this video that was my fav and most surprising
