Cottage Cheese Ice Cream | TikTok Viral Recipe | High Protein Ice Cream

Cottage cheese ice cream has become viral recently on TikTok. There are many of different recipes with different flavors. Today I'm trying blueberry cottage cheese ice cream. This ice cream is obviosity not a real ice cream, but definitely worth trying as this recipe is healthy, high protein and actually delicious.

Ingredients:
500g Cottage cheese
1/3 cup (115g) Honey
1/2 cup (80g) Blueberries
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract (optional)
Directions:
1. Place the cottage cheese, honey, vanilla extract and blueberries in the blender and blend until smooth.
2. Transfer the ice cream batter into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.

Being diabetic, I need a substitute for the honey. The experiments are bound to be tasty! I like cottage cheese anyway. A good food for me! Stevia is a good starting point. 🤩
