    I've been doing this for quite a while only I use chocolate protein powder and chocolate collagen powder. Very yummy. I don't use any extra sweetener because the protein and collagen are sweetened. You can also use peanut butter protein or caramel protein and collagen with a little butterscotch extract. Super easy and tasty!

    Looks yummy - thanks for the idea! You may be interested in knowing that "Dutch Processed" means the cocoa is alkali processed, which creates milder (less bitter) flavor -- but it ALSO reduces flavanol levels, so it has fewer health benefits than regular cocoa powder. Also, chocolate can sometimes have high levels of heavy metals. According to Consumer Lab, the current brand with the least heavy metal content is the "Good & Gather" brand from Target.

    Hey Ethan, haven’t seen your vids in a while, hope you’re well. This video had even more flow than your other ones, the improvement is remarkable. Good job and keep it up) However i believe you can do better than this if you structure your videos even more and give it a storyline, i already see you doing these but there’s a room to grow. Of course you get to choose your editing style but i believe you can brand yourself better and actually become a big youtuber, it just depends on what your priorities are right now, it’s either all in on your channel growth or posting as a hobby and not going insane in the long run. Good luck mate :)

    • @ethanpaff
      @ethanpaff  Před 3 měsíci +1

      As always, I appreciate you watching and rooting me on. Thank you for the feedback, as it’s good to hear from someone who’s been there from the start. I’d like to hear more about what you mean with the storyline point you made. I’ve been thinking about ways to speak more on what I believe in the videos regarding diet and lifestyle, but I am afraid of making videos too wordy and bogged down by my opinions. I love the idea of telling a story, but how do I make a recipe video that is designed to be utilitarian into a story? I’m sure I can come up with some ideas, but I’d love to hear your thoughts, too!
      I’m definitely still wanting this to be full-time. The posting frequency, however, is at a hobby pace because of perfectionism and too much focus on numbers.

    Where do you stand on full fat vs low fat Greek yogurt and why?

    • @ethanpaff
      @ethanpaff  Před 2 měsíci +1

      I don’t really take a stand either way. Both have their benefits. I mostly choose the nonfat kind because I feel I get enough fat from my other meals throughout the day. However, if you’re eating yogurt for one of your main meals and not just for a snack, it might be better to opt for full fat.

    Tried it, crap, but gets the job done I guess
    You can use a whisker to whisk to finish faster, no lumps in ten seconds.

    Is not dutch process cocao burnt and less nutritious???

      I don’t know, but I’m not using it for its nutritional content. I only care that it makes the pudding look and taste good.

    How much sugar is in it per bowl (chocolate)

  • @valentinleonardi4646

    It should be 125g of protein powder for the 5 serving version, not 250g, shouldn't it ? 🙂

      You’re right, I doubled it by mistake. I normally double the whole batch when I make it. Thanks!

    Have you tried adding your creatine to it?

      Never thought of it!

    • @PieGaming87
      @PieGaming87 Před 2 měsíci

      Wouldn't recommend it, the creatine won't mix very well and will taste like you've added sand to a nice yogurt.

    I do something similiar but i use a banana/apple instead of honey because i hate the extreme swetness of honey😂

      @ethanpaff  Před měsícem

      Banana is a brilliant replacement for honey here!

    Is the taste really off if I make this sugar free?

    • @ethanpaff
      @ethanpaff  Před měsícem

      Yeah, without sweetening it it won’t taste right. You could experiment with mashed (over-ripe) banana instead of honey for the vanilla kind. That might be pretty good.

    For those who’ve tried this, does it taste at all like Greek Yogurt? I hate the taste of Greek yogurt, but I’ve attempted to use it in some recipes. All I’ve been able to taste in those recipes is the Greek yogurt, so they weren’t for me. Just trying to find a recipe that has it for the extra protein boost, but doesn’t taste like it at all. Thanks in advance!

    • @ethanpaff
      @ethanpaff  Před 2 měsíci

      I don’t think it does, but if you decide to try it anyway and don’t like it, you can still put the Greek yogurt to good use. I’ll have a new breakfast recipe coming soon, which uses Greek yogurt - you can’t taste it at all.

      @@ethanpaff thanks for the update. I will give them both a try when you post the next recipe.
