    Hey guys what's up, Jonny here to take you through my quick medicine ball core workout.
    Today, you'll be completing the following three exercises for 5 total rounds! Each round is what I like to call a "tri-set". Each movement will be performed for 20 seconds each.
    You can take 20 to 30 second breathers after each tri-set, but keep in mind that the shorter the rest breaks, the more intense the fat burning effect will be... Let's get it started, fellas.

    Workout Breakdown:
    1. Sit-up ball weaves for 20 seconds
    2. Wall sit twists for 20 seconds
    3. Reverse ball crunches for 20 seconds
    2:30 - Round 1
    3:49 - Round 2
    5:05 - Round 3
    6:35 - Round 4
    7:30 - Round 5

    I enjoyed this workout. I have a gym in my home and didn't have time to workout this morning before work. I remembered that I purchased a 10 lb med ball yesterday that was still in the truck of my car. Just did this in my office. Thank you! :)

    Tuned out a while ago because I began to get into weight lifting workout videos like Bradley Martyn posts. I think those videos are super helpful because you see him explain what each exercise is doing, then see him struggle through it. I came back and saw this video and automatically loved this workout. I'm going to try it as soon as I get to the gym tomorrow! I'd like to see more videos like this that everybody can/will do and maybe more explanation as to what the workouts do while you're doing them. Thats just my opinion and what I'd like to see though, idk if it's really indicative of what others would wanna see too.

    Thanks. Great video. Is this a workout that should be done like once a day or once every other day or a few times a day? Does it depend on capability? Just wondering, I know rest days are important.. so I hear. I'm just working on the abs, try and drop some of the belly fat. Or all of it. Whatever works.

    Guys i am 14 yrs old 70 kg weight and 180 cm tall i was 82 but i lost 12 kilos and now i am at 70 kg!i wanna lean body with maybe visible six pack and muslces but not to much i got little bit of fat left most of my chest i will do pushups dips dumbbell press and fly,guys idk should i continue to lost weight or i just stay at 70 and workout you know lean bulk so i get 1-3 pounds a month idk should i lose more than 70 kg because i am tall so whats your opinion guys and when i will workout i will eat 2000 calories a day and maybe even more and idk should i need to do cardio or just after workout? Guys any helps would help me a lot also i want you know beach body lean one nothing special,thanks and have a nice day (:

      +Patrik Buki You are of a similar height and weight to me, however I am older. I would suggest doing exercises that will build your muscles to be stronger. This is because when your muscles are stronger, it burns more fat. Also, do compound exercises that work more than one muscle group, such as: squats, deadlifts, clean and press. These exercises are good because they work more than one muscle at once which means you will be burning fat quicker. If you do all this, your muscles will be getting stronger as you are losing weight, which means eventually your muscles will stand out more. And also remember to try to maintain a good diet. Hope this helps as it has been working for me so far :)

      Either a soft wall ball or medicine ball (shown in this vid) will work fine. We recommend getting whichever you will utilize more in your workouts. Keep in mind that the medicine ball will bounce if dropped, while the wall ball is more like a sandbag. Both can be used for an abundance of exercises, so it's a personal preference.

      its good i did it for 6 months i saw changes in my body, i am going to the gym now and i can say its even better than calisthenics, getting results faster, but i still do calisthencs for warmups and sometimes for a shoulder and back workout (pullups etc). calisthenics is cooler and more fun, but the gym is better for them gainzz :p

    Good video!
    Why do a lot of videos say "burn more BELLY fat with this exercise". You don't burn belly fat, you burn fat all over your body. It would be hillarious to see if you only burned belly fat with the exercise. A guy would have a ripped 6 pack and pudge everywhere else.
