I love your tutorials and how you break everything down so we mere mortals can understand it. It takes a lot of the terror out of sewing for me. Thank you so much.

I've got a princess seam pattern with a French dart on the center front and I've never seen anything like it. Now at least I know what it's called! Your tutorials are exceptionally clear and easy to understand.

Thank you for this explanation of French darts. I think they are really flattering and am looking forward to your tutorials on drafting and sewing them. I like the top you're wearing-is it a variation of your Copen pattern?

Hi Laura, thank you. Yes it is a variation of Copen and I will launch it soon! Aneka x

You’re such a brilliant teacher. Would you consider a sew along? 😘

Hi Lovaine, thank you so much for your lovely idea. Yes it is something I am currently working on. I am also looking into offering some live classes. I have a little chat about this launching today, because I will need to know where people are based, so that I can offer it on a good day/time for those that want to join. Thank you, Aneka

Made to Sew I completely understand you have subs all over the world so it’s very difficult to get everyone involved. You’ll work something out I’m sure, no pressure 😂😂😘

What is the best type of dart for a very large bust, 40I? The rest of my body fits in Misses XL or 1X in ready to wear. Thanks!

Hi Joanne, I wouldn't say there is specifically a 'best' dart; but you may need to do a full bust adjustment if you have a large difference between your bust and high bust? This link will help you understand that if you are not sure.
      madetosew.com/how-to-full-bust-adjustment/
I usually find that pressing the dart bulk towards the neckline inside of the hem is nice on a full bust; it can lift the bust. And you may need a cutaway dart; to have the dart bulk removed from the dart if it is on the large side. Does this help?
