Thanks for the review John. Just got out of seeing this movie, a supremely confident directorial debut from Patel & equally impressive action turn on screen. Thanks to the movie taking it's time the revenge when served is bloody brutal and bloody satisfying. Monkey Man 2 anyone?...

Just out of seeing it myself, expected this to be good but I was not expecting it to be I Doubt I'll See A Better Movie The Rest Of The Year good.

Not a comment on this movie, obviously I havent seen it. But John likes almost everything. I only really pay attention to his reviews when he doesn't like something. Those are the good vids. He likes the Transformers franchise for crying out loud.
Yeah, this movie took me by a storm. Favorite movie of the year not called dune 2.
I love action films but hate ultra violence.
